I don't usually review gas stations because none of them really stand out to me but when I tell you this was thee cleanest bathroom I've ever been to, I mean it. I think they take it very seriously too because just before I left, there were these three buttons to rate how clean it was in there also the woman working the register greeted me everyone that came in and greeted us on our way out. This year's customer service is giving me hope! Well done everyone! And it was so packed at 10pm but all the customers were nice too letting people pass by and being friendly. Great to find another Love's, this one along I-70. Super easy access wide wide lanes and plenty of space in the pump area. I had no problem with my Sprinter van and I'm sure folks with larger RV's will also be able to get in and out easily. Inside, the same layout as other Love's with roller hot dogs and such, lots of coffee options, coolers with drinks and some grab-and-go fresh food. Restrooms were reasonably clean - I pressed the "green" button on the way out. Love's also has the long stick squeegees in the pump area which makes it easy to clean the bugs off even the hardest to reach spots on my Sprinter! Close to the exit and I needed to use the facilities. The parking lots was bustling with activity from motorcycles to RVs towing trailers. Thankful the space was large and everyone could get to where they needed to be and there was parking lot space. When I entered I always greeted "thank you for choosing loves" and I appreciated that. It makes me feel seen among the chaos of travel. The displays were well laid out and the signage large so I was able to find the restrooms quicky. There were multiple stalls in the women's room and I appreciated that. I also like that when in use there is a either red or green indicator on the dial to tell you. So I found a stall right away and laughed when I seen the sign of travel comforts. My husband always gets after me because I like a good when on the road. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and soap. After I left the phone case caught my eye and I found a suction cup phone holder for $19.00 that just has to come home with me. I attempted to purchase trident bubblegum but the individual packages of them were not available. There were some in plastic containers for sale but I was not on board. So I purchased my phone holder and called it a day. When I got back to my car I found they offered extra long handle window washer squeegees. Being only 5'6" with this long handle I was able to wash the window when only standing on one side of the car. That was cool. Overall pleasant stop to stretch my legs. read more

Very clean restrooms. Friendly staff with fast service at the counter. Great selection in store with several choices at the grills. Tons of coolers with drinks to choose. I'm a big fan of Love's travel centers (aka truck stops) and this one did not disappoint me. Easy on/off access from I-70, clean, well stocked and spacious. Stopped at this Loves while on our way out to Kansas. With splitting the drive into two 10-hour days with 2 stops and one meal each day, this serves as one of the pit stop locations on the way out. Overall things were fine, the main issue we ran into was there was parking for buses, and parking for trucks, but being in a bus, there really wasn't an answer. Thankfully Leonard, our driver is quick on his feet and craved out a spot In the back near the rear truck parking and gas area where he parked and let us out. The setup is your usual Loves with truck items and counter in the back that you can get showers and truck supplies, and the front is the large convenience store that allows for food, drink, snacks, and electronics if you so choose. For basically a truck stop and gas station, this place gets a 4-Star Yelp in my book for not only having a Subway right on sight, but I fell like the bathrooms are always impeccably clean. In route on I-70 often when I am in Indiana, this pitstop is easy to find and also not on an incredibly busy Exit with lots of local traffic. read more

What Love's Truck Stop isn't packed? I'm a fan of Love's because of the consistency of the stores. We received a sincere Welcome To Love's as we entered and a geniue Thank You as we left. I always buy to much junk food when I stop but they have a great selection. Subway and McDonalds are on site and always busy. Hot dogs, sausages and cold sandwiches are always available. The coolers are bulging with all types of sodas, engery drinks, juices, coffee drinks and milk. The isles are well organized and they stocked the fast grab and go items close to the cash register. Items where we tend to linger is placed back away from the entrance and exit isle. Gift items as well as necessities are plentiful here. Lots of hats, t-shirts, sun glasses, stuffed animals and kid items can be found back by the hallway entrance to the restroom. The pumps are easy to access and the lot is maneuverable. A "bobtail" is a little tiny truck, that's not pulling a trailer. Such a cute name, I have a hard time believing some gross truck driving dude thought it up. Bobtails, while adorable, are also annoying when it comes to parking. Although they can park literally anywhere without a height restriction, they insist on parking at truck stops. This makes it exasperatingly, screamingly frustrating for actual truck & trailer combos to find parking. We all detest seeing a bobtail in a full length spot, especially when we are tired and bleary eyed and ready to shut down for a quick 10 hour nap. But I mean yeah. Until Dollar Tree or The Mall start offering showers and towels to the general public for a small, reasonable fee, this is trucking. Truck stops will continue to be clogged with full length spots choked with baby cute bobtails. I love when I am bobtailing, cuz it's like driving a car on steroids. I can zip; I can zoom; I can park;.. but yeah, I must confess; I like taking showers too. So yeah. Sigh. I need to park at truck stops, sometimes even in a grown up spot. Which makes truck stops with bobtail parking worth 20 stars in my book! I hate being inconvenient. I hate taking up a full spot, when I get the magical assignment of bobtailing, woo! Zipping along in my cute little baby truck, my company car on steroids... This Love's has Bobtail parking! The pump did not work, tried twice and canceled twice. They froze debit card twice for $125 each time--$250!!!!! Went in spoke to manager, "yeah, we have been having trouble with that one all day". Put on a freaking sign on the pump!!!! Now I dont have $250 available in my account to use today on our trip!!! What a ripoff!! read more

Conveniently located along I-70 at Exit 59, they are one of the newest truck stops in the region. Well maintained with low, competitive prices for fuel. They have CAT scales and tire repair available, with approximately 90 transient truck parking spaces available. Subway and McDonalds are located in the store. Plenty of hot showers. Just made a quick stop on the way back to Ohio on 70 and stopped for gas and breakfast. It was a packed parking lot; we had to drive around to find a space but when we entered, one of the workers gave us a nice greeting. We made the necessary bathroom stop, gathered a few items and could not resist trying our first Herman sausage at a travel stop. And surprisingly it was delicious! While putting the condiments on the same young woman who greeted us rushed over to replace the low almost empty mustard container And again as we left the store, we were thanked for visiting. Dirty tables and understaffed. One of the employees was on break in the dining room and I asked where the sanitizer bucket was to clean the tables with. She just looked at me. I opened a couple of cabinets and discovered a spray bottle with solution and paper towels and sis it myself. The ketchup and syrup were caked on, so it had to have been there since breakfast. read more

No problem driving in and right up to a pump, but took the better part of 45 minutes to get out. I hope that I hit it at some fluke mid-afternoon rush hour. There is a weird traffic pattern that causes a major merge of exiting car traffic between the gas pumps, the parking lot on the left, and the food drive-up window exit on one's right. Once the cars have managed all of this merging and arrived at the stop sign to turn left out of the property, they then have to try to merge into the steady stream of semis coming from the truck pumps down to the right. Add to all that a poorly timed traffic light up at the main road, and it's frustrating, to say the least. I would advise doing some recon first to see if there was another way out of the car fueling area, because otherwise you could leave in a foul mood! read more

Situation was so bad that I requested that their district manager call via their 800 number and still no call.......Went in 2 weeks ago, scaled my truck, pulled forward to the giant white line and went in to get my scale ticket, while inside i decided to use the restroom and was going to grab a burger at the Mc D'S, about 3 min after walking in the door of the store their is a call over the loud speaker to move the truck. I leave the restroom and my partner is at the counter trying to get a scale ticket but the machine wont print for some reason. The guy who made the 1st call walked upto the counter and started to complain about the truck not being moved yet (this person is the on duty shift lead for loves), the cashier proceeds to tell him that we are right there trying to get our ticket but it won't print, this shift lead begins to yell at my partner telling him we are not supposed to stop there and we need to gind parking to go get the ticket. Thos irritates me so I interrupt amd tell him that I believe that they paint the giant white line on the ground for us to do exactly what we were and if they wanted something different that they should post signs. This manager continues to yell and complain about us. So we just leave without our scale ticket available. After moving the trick out to the street because the lot was full, i went back in to get the guys name and he threatens to call the company i work for and get me fired.... He is livky i was working or i probably woyld have pinched him because he was so rude and out of line........ EXTREMEMLY DISAPPOINTED IN LOVES, 2 WEEKS NO CALL BACK, Been using the TA for snacks and scaling across the way every since, now only using Loves when no other options available. Pretty sad, 2000 to 3000 galloms of fuel a month and that's the service we get ! read more
