Then he said I was rude and I couldn't rent a van at all. I'll admit, once this transpired I proceeded to tell him to F himself and started walking out. He ran out from behind the counter and grabbed what I think was a window brush as a weapon. We exchanged a few more words and I left. She offered to put me through again finally but I could not wait the extra thirty minutes in line.
