My car is a Mitsubishi Endeavor 2007 so when my brakes did not work properly I request to Jay an estimation for rear and front brakes they answer to me and I made an appointment. Shortly after I left the car to the shop Jay called me with a good news you have left on your car about 2 years so is not a time to replace them. Honestly I was shocked by Jay's honesty and I ask him to check the brake fluid or some leaks somewhere and he replaced the fluid and charge me labour for one hour. So far so good the car is ok now and I want to thank to Jay and Andreea for their nice job.

Arjay was the person who sold me the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was from Ontario originally. The car being from Ontario and now being sold in Calgary you would assume it has a block heater. This 2023 Rav4 from Ontario with no block heater was not disclosed before the purchase was made. After the car was having issues starting due to the cold weather after I bought it, I could not find the block heater cord. When I asked Arjay his exact response was "I recall there is no block heater on that car coz it's from BC, if you want a quote on a block heater I can provide one". This is about 5 days after purchase, Even though the carfax say ONTARIO on it. Secondly, the windshield has a chip in it, I told them about it. They told me they would fix it before I pick it up so it doesn't start to spider. I said I was okay with that. The day I was supposed to get the car, word for word I was told "the chip is too small to fix and I need to accept the chip because that's normal." When buying the car, it was 1 year old with 89,000 kms on it. I mentioned that is a lot of kms on it can you do better on the price, outside before test driving "Yes we can do better on the price" Inside when at the desk "Absolutely not the lowest price is asking and we don't make any money on these cars we make our money from the parts." I guess that's why they sold me a car without the block heater lol I am now on my way home for Christmas to visit family in Manitoba where it is -30 overnight in Thompson and I have no block heater in my car. They sent me a quote for a block heater for $500.

I understand mistakes happen, I understand complications come up. I think it shows a lot of integrity when a business acts like this. I was turned from a disappointed customer to a very satisfied one.
