Google search directs us to the closest O'reilly auto parts which takes us the back way - down a long and winding road to Centerville, TN. I saw a sign of salvation when we passed Ultimate Automotive since we had no idea what was going on with the car. I made a u-turn and pulled in to ask for help. Zack and JP were there to check the car out for us and it turned out the battery was dead. They took the time to check for other possible issues since we were traveling and had many miles to go yet. I can't begin to tell you how lucky we were to find them. To trust total strangers while out of town and traveling is one thing but to find this team that has so many years of automotive knowledge and repair history between them is a godsend. We were back on the road in no time and the car has not had any more issues since. Five stars should register as fantastic which is so much more than great. Knowledgeable, super nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them when you are in need of automotive repair and/or maintenance.

(I chose the lowest priced ones to not take advantage of their amazing generosity and customer satisfaction) They're not a mega dealership with 100's of choices, but I can guarantee you they're honest, they treat people like a friend, they'll work with you and they are fair priced and strive to go above and beyond for your business. Also the car was meticulously detailed inside and out, good tires all around, the aftermarket Pioneer stereo/DVD with remote is probably worth about half what we paid for the whole car, it also had close to half a tank of gas and the original owners manual along with the Carfax report they provide.

It was in the 90's and the bus was not drivable. It was 3:45 pm on a Friday afternoon when I contacted Chandler...we thought the water pump/belt had failed. Chandler drove to where the bus was in Only, TN, assessed the situation, diagnosed the problem, drove back into Nashville for parts and returned to work on the bus late into the evening in a parking lot. I received at call at 9:30pm that he had repaired the bus. Chandler was an excellent communicator, completed the repair so quickly and for a very fair price. We had it towed by them to another mechanic and they said they had ordered parts. My daughter paid for the parts, which the new mechanic said were wrong parts after getting them. Tristar ghosted us when we tried to return the parts for a refund. Never use them for anything.
