She was SO friendly and patient with me. I was tired and hungry. I don't ever eat at Arby's so I had no idea what to get. She explained some things on the menu to me. She was so great. My sister ordered chicken fingers and curly fries Her boyfriend ordered a sandwich and curly fries I ordered the bacon and turkey sandwich and curly fries I got my husband the Greek gyro with beef The food was great. Made quickly!!! I wish I remembered the lady's name. She rocks and was a great person to order with. She made me feel better and more energized for the rest of my trip. Kindness goes a long way! Never do they say hello, welcome, hi, glad to have you, what can I get you... NEVER. THE RESTAURANT FEELS LIKE A FREEZER - Take a jacket and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I'm not kidding. People come in there and move around trying to find a warmer place or get away from a vent, but they can't. We've learned to dress warmly. So... the food has an average taste, but don't expect a good dining experience.
