We noticed what looked like water drops in our living room where the guys had gone through to get to our bedroom as explained above and that weekend, I did my usual cleaning by sweeping and I had intented to mop to get up those dried water spots on my hardwoods....except they wont' come up! I've gotten down on my hands and knees trying to scrub, but nothing is working! So, we report this to the Gastonia location who has refused to come back out to rectify this situation.
