Kids created a few stains in the carpet. Long story short it involved vomit and a kids lack of desire to run to a toilet and vomit. Well we did our best to remove the stain but there was some residue left and we decided to call SS. Well actually I went to the web to set the appointment. I was surprised they only offered wide ranges of times. My time was 9-5. So I guess they think if cable can get away with that so can they. I assumed. And you know what they say about those that assume, but I thought they might call me or at least refine the 9-5 time by phone. I was not so lucky. They came to me like a Christmas present and surprised us with the arrival time. Luckily my wife didn't mind rearranging her day because I refused. They came around 1pm and were very professional and even tried a up sale. I didn't mind. I bought the rug they recommended. I have had a good experience with this company as a whole In the past. I always get the protectant and deodorizer. It smells soooo good! Carpet looked great and they even gave us those footy things so our feet don't get wet. The kids use those to slide thru the house. horrible service, i paid for a full room and noticed dry spots while he was still there, im asking him you not gonna clean the whole room he said he did, so the other guy goes no he didn't we both felt dry spots mind you nothing got cleaned it looks exact the same way as before they came so the other guy cleaned it complained that the water pressure was low smh i mean nothing was done they sent out a lazy guy who didn't wanna clean im so upset dont use this service read more

I am also emailing the Corporate Office since the Gastonia location does not seem to be committed to customer satisfaction and customer service. We utilized your services on 08/13/19 order #175216 for our master bedroom and they upsold us to spend $400 instead of what we originally wanted done, but ok, we're suckers, I guess. That left our floors looking dull and dry and stripped. So, we contacted SS and they send the same guys out on 0817/19, order #175467 to do something, which honestly, it did work. We noticed what looked like water drops in our living room where the guys had gone through to get to our bedroom as explained above and that weekend, I did my usual cleaning by sweeping and I had intented to mop to get up those dried water spots on my hardwoods....except they wont' come up! I've gotten down on my hands and knees trying to scrub, but nothing is working! So, we report this to the Gastonia location who has refused to come back out to rectify this situation. Something about it had to be the same guys, Brian the "Manager" said. What a crock?!? You didn't clean up your mess and now I'm stuck with this until YOU are available? Now, it's been 3 weeks and I'm LIVID! NO............I don't want the same guys back at my home EVER! NO....I'm not going to take time off of work to meet you! We have been MORE THAN PATIENT WITH YOU PEOPLE! I honestly can't understand why I'm reaching out YET AGAIN for you to fix what you've done! Brian? Do NOT call me! Only took them about 20 minutes to do 3 rooms (I only had them do a small part of 2 rooms but of course they charged for 3) they also left me a nice oil spot in my new driveway ... Didn't even get the stains out where we needed out (whole reason for calling) nor did they really even try..... BIG WASTE OF $$$$$ Now we'll have to call someone who cares about getting it clean......... read more

Let me start off by saying that I actually had not had service performed by them. Now let me tell you why: I dialed (828) 327-2347 and spoke to someone (a woman) who was not helpful to me at all! After simply asking basic questions, the person over talked me and appeared rude. When I told her that I was I saw certain price on the website, she told me I must've put something in incorrectly. What nerve! So, I ask her does she have access to The website to check. She said no. Huh???? How can you say that what I'm looking at is incorrect, when you're not even checking it. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and to see if there was another office that could service my needs. The person in the corporate office located in Ohio was nice and helpful. However, the only cleaner servicing our area was the one where this person was. And I refuse to except that service, or should I say lack of service. What A Mistake!!!!! To clean the carpet in 2 rooms in a small one bedroom apartment and clean a sofa (not sure what they did to the sofa) it cost about $170.00. Anyway, the guys arrived pretty quickly, with in the hour, so that was good. I had to go out and returned about 2 hours later.... It looked ok at first glance but alas...it just wasn't so. I walk into the kitchen, put some stuff on the table...whats that on the floor??? Is that..What is that is that .... blood? I know it's not mine so....GROSS!! Look,were not talking about a lot of blood, (3or4 drops) when people are working they nick their hands maybe that's what happened, I wasn't there. If that's all it was I would have left it alone..... but there's more. I go into the bathroom and there was a smear of blood on light-switch and a little more on the sink. It didn't look like a crime scene, it was just nasty, unprofessional and frankly, expensive. Along a unfurnished wall in the bedroom there were a few dead bugs still on the carpet. When I called to complain, the guy was very nice. He did offer to send someone to my apartment a clean up the blood and the bugs ASAP. I assured him that I had gloves, bleach and was going to clean it up myself, assured him that it wasn't a lot of blood but it's a bio-hazard....& icky. Worst experience ever. Carpet looked worse after they came. They were not interested in making their mistakes right. Unprofessional and very arrogant about fixing the issue. The issue was they didnt clean the carpet. And we have pictures to prove it. Worst customer service ever. Expected more from a company that has been around awhile..
