Terrible service. On two occasions they delivered blank CD's that were supposed to have X-rays, my 72 yr old mother with two broken arms lost two Dr appointments. When I went back for a third time to discuss the situation they admitted there was nothing on the disk and when I asked for a reimbursement they refused. Not to mention the attitude as if they did nothing wrong was disgraceful. Would not advise anyone to go here. I went to Hollywood Diagnostic Center for a mammogram and ultrasound. When I tell you, these ladies were amazing. Sometimes your breast hurts worse than when you came in. These ladies were gentle and kind. When I mentioned my horrible experience at another facility, the technician said, the ruff smashing is not necessary. Sometimes I feel that the problems I'm having with my breast came from unqualified technicians. I would be in pain for days afterwards. The technicians at HDC are the sweetest and very thorough. Have a chest X-ray , sonogram and CT for 8 am today . A lot of stuff done but I'm glad to get it done in one day . The shake I had to drink at midnight and at 6 Am was not terrible because I put it in the refrigerator the night before to drink, yuck .They have this office freezing cold .. I had to drink some more of vanilla shake and then was placed in that CT machine with my arms over my head which killed me because my arm and shoulder injury, they really pushed me beyond . This really hurt my arm and shoulder that was already in pain to more pain. Glad its all over and I will have my results soon. They are very nice at this center but plan on bringing a sweater so you don't freeze. read more

Today I went to Hollywood Diagnostics Center to have a bone density completed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out the most was a young man by the name of Shaun. Shaun approached the front desk with a young lady who did not speak English. He kindly asked if there was anyone available to translate because he could not understand what the young lady was saying to him. The staff member at the front desk spoke to the young lady in Spanish and the young lady asked her question of which was translated to Shaun then he answered the question and the young lady translated his answer . He even asked if she had any more questions to ask. The attentiveness he showed to that young lady was what I breathed a short prayer and asked if I could get someone like that to show the same care and concern for me. At that moment, to me, no one mattered except that young lady. He was so focused on making sure her needs were me and all of her questions were answered. I was totally impressed. Well my prayers came true. The next person Mr Shaun called was me and he came me the same care and concern he gave that young lady. Thank you for hiring employees who show so much care and concern for others. I felt like I was inside of Publix where, to me, shopping is truly a pleasure and I don't mind sharing with them the kindness I see done towards others and myself. Mr. Shaun provided A plus service. Unfortunately, after over 15 years of utilizing this center, I have to find another imaging facility. Making an appointment is a 3 day process. It's ridiculous. The phone recording asks you to email or text a copy of your script to expedite the process. Needless to say, it does not. My job assignment does not allow me the time to constantly chase this office in a game of phone tag just to make an appointment. I will advise everyone to save yourself a headache and inconvenience and find another center. I'm no longer able to continue here. It is obvious that the staffing and service I was accustomed to receiving is no longer available. I wish this center well, but I need better services. read more

Worst service ever!! Called every day for 5 days and left messages. Just to get the pictures and report from my mammogram (this is their business). Now.. they actually have a dedicated line to speak to someone about getting your results. Angie, in medical records, actually called me - day number 3 - and said she would call me later in the day . Dream on. Never happened. Should have listened to all the other people who said this facility was horrible. This doesn't even include how dirty the place is and how ancient the equipment. One of the best I've ever used. I had to switch to this center from a local hospital, talked to Gina -she was very knowledgable and helpfull. I called twice to transition my insurance and both times the wait was lesss than 5 minutes. Ample parking easy acess on Hollywood Blvd. The waiting room was ample and comfortable-not a subway packed with people. The front office staff was courteous and attentive. My appointment was at 8:30am- I was in the MRI room at 8:40. My technician was professional and knowledgeable.I walked out with a CD of my MRI. read more

After completing the exercise of texting my orders for a bilateral mammogram and ultrasound due to receipt of a letter advising that my last mammogram showed something suspicious, I waited for a call. Instead, I received a text advising me to call another number. I didn't see this text until after business hours. I called again the next day and was advised that my orders "looked wrong," without more information. The facility would not give me an appointment. When I again attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told, after a long and frustrating conversation, that my orders needed to contain the word "diagnostic ". I asked why couldn't I have been told that first instead of being given useless descriptions of my orders such as "bad" and "wrong". Turns out they wouldn't get me in until next year! The attitude relayed to me made me feel only slightly better than dirt. If you value your dignity, take your life and your business elsewhere. read more

Made an appointment for 9 am Thursday. Booked a week in advance. Arrived at 8:30 and found about 25 or 30 patients packed in a space designed for about 12. There was no spacing. This was a typical Florida Corvid 19 breeding spot. I walked in and realized this is "Nuts". There were 25 names listed before mine. I turned around and walked out. Never to return to this Health Center. I found an MRI Center in Aventura. Clean, Spaced, and feeling a whole lot safer. I got an appointment immediately and will proceed in two days. I was skeptical about all these bad reviews. Starting with the front desk. They were very friendly and attentive. I forgot my insurance card and I called the company they emailed me my card. Front desk waited patiently and I was able to text info. Then the wait was not bad at all it was all completed in 45 min. Not bad at all for a new patient. Not sure if it was because it was an 5:30 appointment. I had a mammogram done I was super nervous. The technician was so sweet and pure in nature and funny. I didn't feel and discomfort in any way. Here is a message for that "Karen" who posted a negative review: You are in Broward County so please do yourself a favor and become accustomed to different languages being spoken within earshot of you. Wow, you must have anger issues. Everyone has the right to express themselves in the language of their choice and if that upsets you, please seek therapy. South Florida is a very diverse community. I will never understand how hearing another language being spoken other then English can set someone off on a tirade. If someone speaks to you in a language you do not understand, just politely say "I don't understand" or "I speak English only." Well this place "diagnostic" center; although with "modern Eqpt " they do their best in the testing to remind you how the dark ages and how the rack would torture you. BUT... staff in appointments and billing are a charm! Why could the rest no be the same? The tech that took my DEXA starting to speak Spanish to me when assisting other tech with wait time for MAMMO as if I understand? This is America, lady.... YOU know who you are. Speak English or go home. Also, it was raining pouring very heavy rainstorm and I par and entered on the side door. When I knocked on the door (it was locked) the front desk receptionist opened the door for me and had the balls to say....."I'm doing you a favor....next time go around." Hollywood Diagnostics is my GO-TO center for every type of radiology test. My entire family has been going there for years, and we LOVE IT. The staff is super loving, attentive, caring, and professional. We've done every kind of test there, from x-rays to my mom's PET scan. Jaime Rodriguez (from CT Scan) was wonderful, Angie Soto (front office) is the sweetest, kindest, and most helpful person, and so are Stacy Soto, and Elaine Crawford. David, who does the PET scans, is incredibly kind (his job is a calling, for sure!), which is so needed when you're terrified. The ladies from MRI, mammography and ultrasound are also wonderful, particularly Josette, Beatriz, and the others. I cannot thank them enough for how nice everyone has always been. In some places, some people are nice but not others. Here EVERYONE is super nice. Results come fast and is always easier than doing tests at the hospital. This is a personal atmosphere, where you are a person, not a number. We're all very thankful to be able to go there, so we HIGHLY recommend Hollywood Diagnostics. read more

I was mostly impressed by the staff at this imaging facility. I called and they were able to schedule me in for an X-ray and ct scan on the same day. I was greeted warmly the moment I walked in. My wait was surprisingly short. My ct scan and X-ray took no more than 30 minutes. I was put at ease and left feeling much better than I arrived. Unprofessional place to have a any type of X-Rays, CT, etc. They had my father who is 88 years old wait for 2 hours and then told him that the employees left for the day. Even though, they had told me I was next, I waited patiently and my father's oxygen level while waiting was 89. This is negligence and very unhumanitarian. I visited this center today for first time and received a great service. Front desk ladies are very friendly and perform a very professional work. Cathty, the mammogram technician performed the best mammogram ever to me. She takes her time get it done the best way without causing discomfort. She shows how much she likes her job and how important is this process for the patients. Xray was another pleasant experience today. She was very sweet amd professional. If I could I would give this a zero stars. The rep speaks to people like she's speaking to someone in an alley. Pure NACA! Just called to schedule an appointment and got the worst customer service rep ever! She was so rude and nasty. She had the times confused and when I asked her to repeat the opening dates she got an attitude and stated different time slots. She asked me to send info that contained HIPPA info to them via email. Like are you serious or what? I have worked in healthcare for years and that's a big no-no! I reminded her that it contains personal health info and she said ask your doctor to send over the info and hung up on me. I'm calling back now to cancel. I'm not giving my money or doing business with any company that allows. The same woman just called back and said "we" just disconnected the phone and wanted to verify more info. I've been going to HDC for a couple years for ultrasound service and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received! The atmosphere is always nice and the facility is very clean. The staff: Leanna, Christie, Natalie, Shanaya, Beatrice, Jodie, Angie (front desk) and Angie (imaging technician) are professional, friendly and knowledgeable I had multiple ultrasound exams in the past with Yasmin and Fabiana. Both are exceptional professionals, a combination of experience and tact (very important for a female exam) My recent two MRI exams in April did not disappoint me either! My MRI Technicians John and Shaun are simply exceptional. It was my first time for this kind of exam, so I was a bit nervous... I was explained the procedure in detail so my experience was flawless and I was comfortable the whole time! I am very grateful to Gina, the financial coordinator, who not only helped me get the best price on multiple ultrasound and MRI studies, but also was able to help me work out a payment plan! I had my yearly mammogram today, as I've done for the past 26 years. I honestly have to say, this was the best experience I've ever had. The technician was just the right combination of professional and friendly. She was efficient, but gentle and patient. Best of all, I didn't have one second of pain or discomfort. I've also had several MRI's at Hollywood Diagnostic, and have never encountered a problem from the office staff or the technicians. This is a very efficient place to get your imaging tests done. I was so worried about getting my test, so I visited prior to scheduling and asked to be shown the MRI and CT machines, I have really bad anxiety and claustrophobia. The tech was so nice and understanding of my issues, showed me around and answered questions. I left there a lot less worried and even got an appointment the next day, outstanding! The wait time wasn't bad at all even considering they have a high volume of patients. The actual test was no big deal, thanks to my technician who was very friendly and efficient. I can't thank the staff there enough for making me feel at ease and also for scheduling me so fast. I will recommend this place 100 %. I was also very impressed that this is a center where you get many different imaging tests done, and the radiologists are on-site as well. read more

My mom had three scans done her, MRI, MRA and pep scan. All three of the doctors that let looked at the disks complained about the quality of what they were given. The radiology report said she had a sinusitis so the neurologist gave a diagnosis based on that and sent her the ENT. The ENt sent a scope into her cavity and immediately said nope. Looked at the scan and said it was scar tissue from a previous surgery. So not using them again. read more
