When I called to speak with Dr. McNeal myself, I was only allowed to speak to her office manager Lisa after being placed on extended hold while she was able to speak to the technicians for their side of the story first. Lisa was somewhat apologetic but I doubt the message gets through to Dr. McNeal. That's unfortunate because as I said, my daughter really liked her.

We met with both doctors, almost the entire staff. Love love the entire staff. SECOND & SUBSEQUENT PHASES: Office visits. Over this two year time span, the entire staff has remained consistently courteous, and genuinely kind. The staff is also extremely talented and their required skill sets surpass your expectations. The quality of care they provide your child brings a parent, like me, great mental peace. ‼ After several visits they allow your teenager to go in alone, into a wide open area and after the visit they call in the parent to discuss the assessment, their findings along with next steps. ADDED BONUS: They also offer token chips to the children as merits for certain tasks; one being for your child to wear a shirt with their logo. I love that because 1) helps your child grow into responsibility & they become more aware and also, 2) mentally prepares them for the visit, setting their expectations while removing any mental anguis/anxiety they may have.
