Crossroads is an exquisite clinic with a bit of a different approach than many chiropractors in the area. Though there are many skilled doctors in our south bay and south county area this clinic focuses on spinal decompression and uses heavy equipment to execute their treatments. I have been struggling with a hyper compressed L5 disc and I am a very active person. Many doctors could help alleviate pain for me but they did not have the equipment to reverse the damage i have been doing to my lower spine over the last two decades. I highly recommend Dr Pluckhan no matter your age. My situation got to a point where i could not sleep without pain for 2 straight months. After the first 2 weeks of treatment that problem disappeared and has not returned and i am in week 6. Crossroads technology can pinpoint lower, mid, or upper back. I wish i had known about this clinic 10 or 20 years ago. Don't hesitate, don't be afraid. Let them fix you. Would give more than 5 stars if i could. read more

I've been having lower back problems for years and a few months ago I took 2 months' leave because the disc problem caused pinches on my nerves and the pain radiates to my right lower leg. When I had a CT scan on August 14, my neurosurgeon told me that I needed to undergo surgery. I asked if maybe physical therapy could help but he told me it's not gonna do anything. My husband, my son, and myself do not want surgery and when my husband saw Dr. Pluchan on his Facebook and mentioned about spinal decompression therapy as an alternative to having surgery, they encouraged me to visit his office. Dr. Pluchan is very nice and compassionate. He explained to me about the program and I trusted him.
