Buyer Beware - Misleading Promotion at Ageless Spa Center (5857 21st Ave W, Bradenton, FL) I am sharing this to make others aware of a very disappointing and misleading experience at Ageless Spa Center in Bradenton, Florida. My daughter was visiting from out of state and wanted to try Botox. I came across a Facebook advertisement local to my home promoting the following: * First 10 units FREE * $10 per unit for the next 20 units (minimum 20 units) * Any additional units at $14 (instead of their usual $16) * $25 deposit required to "secure the appointment and lock in the promotional rate" There were no options to select different promotions--this was the only offer presented. I followed all steps exactly as advertised, paid the deposit, and shared the promo with 17 friends and family members, several of whom (including my daughter) booked the same way. At the appointment, after the ARNP reviewed placement and units, I explained I wanted the promo exactly as advertised: 10 free units and payment for the 20-unit minimum at $10/unit. I was then told they had "accidentally combined an old promo with a new one." I showed the ARNP the live Facebook promotion that was still actively running. He was clearly confused and called his supervisor. On speakerphone, the supervisor said, "That's not possible." The ARNP then: * Took photos of their active Facebook promo * Walked through the booking steps himself * Verbally confirmed, "This is what our site actually states" * Asked how he should handle it since this is what customers were being shown The response from management was that it was a "mistake" and that they would not honor the booked promotion. Instead, I was told I could choose one of two different promos--neither of which were presented or selectable during booking. Another manager (Roman) joined the call and: * Claimed they have "never had" a promo offering 10 free units plus $10/unit * Said it "doesn't make sense" * Flatly denied advertising what I was actively viewing and recording on their Facebook page At no point was there: * An apology * An attempt to make it right * Any effort to retain goodwill or salvage the experience The promotion was quietly corrected later that evening, but I have video recordings and screenshots of the original advertisement and booking process. Mistakes happen. What was most upsetting was not the error itself--but the refusal to acknowledge it, the denial of what was clearly being advertised, and the dismissive manner in which it was handled. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions and be cautious of click-bait style promotions that are not honored once you arrive and have already paid a deposit. RUN AWAY and FAST. They are now operating under a new name " Ageless Spa". No doubt this is to hide the many complaints. Just check any Bradenton/ Sarasota page and you will read lots of horror stories. Report them to the BBB. Their own employee told me they are a SCAM. Inflated prices and will not answer their phone/ email. Purposely pushed me out of a refund window. Staff is disgustingly Rude and Unprofessional. SCAM!!!!!!!! read more

Very unprofessional. I waited an hour for "the manager" to show up for my 10am appt on 1-1-26 after receiving 5 phone calls n 5 text messages confirming that I would be there for my appointment and I confirmed each and every message that I would indeed be there. To show up & they never showed up. This is no way to run a business. There is too much competition in the spa business to be this unprofessional. I am highly upset and disappointed that this is how they treat their clients. I'm sure if I didn't show up for the appointment they would not be happy!! I had an introductory facial which I really liked. I was in escorted to a room with a gentleman who was very persuasive and having me sign up for packages. I did and told him only if I could have the aesthetician who I just met with. I made two separate appointments with her and unfortunately, both times they called to tell me she was not available . I immediately asked to cancel any contract with them and they have ignored me with over 10 calls and even involving the Better Business Bureau who said that they would never call them back as well. When I asked for a copy of a contract that I signed, I was told by the front desk that they did not even have a file on me. I continue to get bombarded by emails and text messages from affirm telling me I owe them money. I lost everything in hurricane Helene and actually came into Bradenton Spa asking for them to please cancel whatever contract they think I had and they ignored me . I'm completely frustrated by the lack of service I have received and I would never go back there again, even if I was in the area. read more

ULTRASONIC CAVITATION + RADIOFREQUENCY is the choice I made for my underarms. The lady's live by this work shows results so I choose to give it a try. I signed up for 6 treatments as that's what was recommended but was told I'd start seeing results after the second then would just progress from there. During those treatments I mainly worked with Cheyanne and she as a person was wonderful. She even would address my concerns because she seen it wasn't working and I was 4 sessions in and there were no results shown. Mind you they keep track of each visits measurements. Spoke to the office manager and I asked how I can go about just canceling my last two appointments because 4 sessions in I'm not seeing absolutely any results. I'm driving over 40 minutes there and back. I was at that point handed off to some random call center because they just don't care to deal with people they sign up with in person. The call center says they will call you back because they need to assess within 24 hrs and then doesn't. (It will be a chasing game to ask about a refund) then days later calls to offer two options 1. More treatment that aren't working but they will give you 10% off additional ones. (Literally a joke in my face) 2. We will just charge you our original price of 6 sessions (because when I originally sign their "giving a deal") basically penalizing me because their treatments they live by doesn't work. The reason you don't see bad reviews on the facility is because they will buy you out of your review. Just for me to get the money back I needed to sign a document stating I would t share my review. My voice meant more to make sure others were not taking advantage. I'll give up that 378 to share my experience. As far as them responding saying to reach out for them to make it right is a way to act as if they will help but will not answer calls or return calls. Steer clear. So out of the 1635 I spent they would only reimburse 378. Still no results shown as they were the ones documenting every time and I have photos of it. Just money lost. This business has to have the worst customer service ever. This fast talking gentleman talked me into purchasing a service package and products and a machine for $3500 when I tried to call to cancel no one answered the phone for a week so I tried texting them still no reply so I tried to email them still no reply. Finally when I left a bad review on Facebook they finally called me back and said it was too late to give me refund because they needed to know in 24 hours... well that's hard to do when you don't answer phone calls or texts or emails. I was offered more product and or more services and it both... I do not need those I need a refund because the day after I signed up for this service I was given an estimate to repair my house for twice this amount and I cannot do both... they aren't budging. Stay away from this company!!!!!! they are just fast talkers with zero customer service and zero compassion for customer circumstances. I believe more house repairs are more important than no wrinkles... obviously they do not. RUN AWAY...!!!! read more

Do not go near this business. They are under two names the another name Ageless Spa which I believe is to seperate themselves from many unethical business practice reviews. I went in for a Botox promotion and was swindled into a very overpriced spa package by Simon, via an affirm credit account. I honesty don't know how Simon can sleep at night operating this way to earn a living. Businesses like this should be closed down due to unethical sales practices as well as the financial strain that people are put under to line the pockets of sales people. I will be lodging more complaints and possibly legal action if this is not rectified in a professional manner. These practices are absolutely not okay, predatory and abusive. read more

I scheduled an aqua derm facial for 11:15 am today. As instructed I arrived early to fill out a form. As soon as I was done with the form, the receptionist disappeared. 40 minutes later - still absolutely no one appeared. I got up and walked out. It is beyond my comprehension how no one in the back could come to the front and speak to me in the waiting room and say that there was a delay and thank you for my patience. Additionally, when I got a call back from someone a few minutes after I walked out, she said do you want to reschedule your consultation? I said consultation? I'm supposed to have an aqua derm facial for $99. She said no we first give you a consultation. And I said how is it even possible that I'm led to believe that I'm getting a facial and you're only giving me a consultation? In the end, I'm glad I walked out. But their lunch was delivered and placed on the counter. Bait and switch tactic. And no service given. That's no way to run a business that's supposed to offer comfort and relaxation. Avoid this place. Hopefully they enjoyed their lunch in my time slot. read more

On December 28 I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM for $99 facial promotion that I saw on Facebook. I arrived at 1:45 PM early to fill out paperwork. After doing so, I proceeded to wait for at least another 40 minutes. After being told that a man was doing my consultation first and waiting until almost 2:45 PM, the only person at the reception desk said she was taking me back to start my session since the man was delayed. I had my treatment and then was told that I would need to meet with the manager to go over my consultation. I was expecting to pay the remainder of the $99 session of which a $25 deposit was already paid prior to appointment. Instead the manager employed high pressure tactics to get me to upgrade to a $3,000 package that include a botox like product for 8 sessions. I told him I was not comfortable with that price and that I would like to do further research on what this treatment called Xeomin. I asked for the package in writing and he tried to avoid the question then offering me a lower package of $2,000 since I did not want to sign up for the higher package or do a credit payment plan. In the end it was a 2 hour plus appointment and I felt pressured for what should have been a relaxing facial. The company goes by different names in other cities and it makes me question why they have to have different company names on their payment plan/financing options. Also the fact that they seem to do a bait and switch and want to 'consult' with you before you can even sit down for a facial promotional price is a concern. They only had two people in the entire office on a Sunday one who was the manager and the other being the person that did the facial. The client agreement says you can only cancel if you do so within 24 hours of the purchase and they make it impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone to do this refund request. read more

Great experience, had a facial with Cheyenne and it was awesome!! As we age it's important to hydrate our skin!! Luckily I had a good regiment, but it's good to pamper and take care of yourself.
