First of all, with so much scamming and breach of security in some of the world's top companies (including banks), how can you possible think that it's ok to demand clients leave their credit cards "on file" in order to simply book an appointment??? I get it that your time is money, and you feel the need to charge a client if they are a no show no cancellation but if your services are really that great, you're cliental should be established and cancellations should be minimal. And if a client DOES have to cancel for whatever reason, are you then at liberty to simply charge their credit card for a no show?? Sometimes that just goes with being a business owner. As for the staff, well, the experience I encountered from the owner was rude and impersonal. Instead of making a client feel like you're about to have this amazing experience, it was more cold, fake, rude (almost like an imposition) from the beginning of procedure to simple conversation. When you're clearly annoyed by someone asking about pricing, perhaps you should educate yourself on client etiquette. An eye roll response is NOT very professional!! This is a very personal experience. As an owner, you of all people, should be as equally invested in your clients as they are in your services. If you're not really interested in your clients, don't ask personal questions but more importantly, when the individual is in the middle of replying to your question (thinking you were genuinely interested), don't then greet another client and begin having a conversation with that person! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Unfortunately, the fake vibes are very present.

I went back after two weeks, and she injected me again, with more units, and it's been over three weeks and there's no change. Just me being picky / I didn't care for the two girls at the front desk, and every time I call there, nobody answers the phone and it goes to the main line of the dermatologist office , and then I'm stuck with somebody in a call-center that has no idea what's going on. In the past my experience with Botox , if it's not done correctly, the first time- it wasn't done correctly. And to pay money and not be happy and see very minimal results, really pisses me off. He told me I had kidney stones. I did not. He told me I had gastroparesis. I did not. I also believe he forgot to send results of my urinalysis to my urologist which delayed treatment for days. I was and still am in chronic pain and physically unwell. My concierge doc who I believed in, in spite of the errors,suggested I seek help elsewhere. This doctor in my opinion, is not qualified to be a primary . At the lowest point of my life, scared, in pain, and emotionally distraught, he turned his back.

Personally, I really like the ladies here, but I found tox for $8 unit really close by and I bet I can find filler for less by an equally qualified person. Please let us know how you justify these increases, and why you pose them as "on sale". The shop has not changed one bit that a customer can tell. The service is no different than it was. If I do 3 areas of tox, I pay $150 more than 8 months ago. If I do 2 areas of filler, I pay $100 more than I did 4 months ago.
