She has been the longest working member on staff at Town Station and her dedication and level of commitment to taking care of residents is remarkable. She is truly a gem of a person and a joy to all residents. The entire team consisting of Tracy, Susan, Lisa, Pete, Manuel and Orlando are not only efficient and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of what it means to run an apartment complex. We especially want to extend a huge shoutout to the maintenance staff at Town Station! Throughout our time here, the maintenance staff continuously demonstrates a remarkable level of professionalism and promptness. Whether it's a minor request or a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and effectively, ensuring that our living space remains comfortable and inviting. In addition to being highly skilled, the staff at Town Station Apartments truly embodies a sense of community. My experience at Leigh House greatly exceeded my wildest expectations. Because of my work…read moresituation, I had to relocate out of state earlier than expected. However, LH was easily the best apartment I have ever experienced. First, I would like to start with the property managers. Cristi, Alyssa, and Taylor were all extremely friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to any of my requests. Maintenance was also quick to solve minor issues. The property is modern and cleanly. It appears they clean the main areas every day. Leigh House has great exercise and cardio rooms that are also very clean and offer pool views while working out. You won't feel like you're working out in a shoebox with someone breathing down your neck. As for my apartment, I lived in an A3A model (745 sq feet). The A3A has a rectangular shape with a lot of open space and natural light. The unit has tons of cabinet space, even in the bathroom. I was on the top floor (4), and although there is a Leigh property across the street, I could still see the sky. It's nearly impossible to see into the apartments across the street, so one does not have to worry about privacy. There was also very little noise, as Landmark Drive doesn't get much traffic. The walls are solid; I never heard a noise from my neighbors. It's a great apartment for sleeping, as the neighborhood is peaceful. I was never awakened once. There is plenty of parking; I was never left without a spot to park. The community tenants are very friendly. I once left an expensive pair of glasses in the exercise room for 24 hours and no one stole them. (That would not have happened in many of the other building where I have previously lived.) There are many social gatherings, particularly near the pool area. There are some restaurants across the street, along with a Panera Bread and CVS nearby. However, these businesses do not attract lots of traffic, so there isn't any major congestion. When I moved to Raleigh from out of state, I looked at many properties. I can say without doubt that I selected the best one. I strongly recommend LH as the best place to live in the Raleigh area.

I'm appreciative of the assistance I received and the quote that Mark was kind enough to send over via email. The Loft was beautifully decorated in the leasing area and I love the wine on tap. The also smelled really nice at the entrance. I just couldn't get past Eau de Dumpster smell (from the trash chute) in the fitness room. I appreciated the explanation. In the moment, going to The Collection to use their amenities sounds good (for warmer months) but what about the days when I don't feel like it? As a 100% remote person I need all things in a building I'm living in to be pleasant. I can't believe in all the 9 years this building has provided residence with such a nice apartment community that they haven't considered renovating and moving the gym to another space. The Collection is beautiful with unique amenities.

(allowed to ring for shorter and longer times, then rejecting immediately, no voicemail box, etc) but when they finally responded to my google review in the public's eye, they made sure to mention that I can contact them anytime to discuss the matter. Sure. They have also chosen to stand by the void lease with my forged signature when finally emailing me back. A lease with a forged signature is not enforceable, therefore ( by law ) it is not legitimate and enforcing it violates multiple basic NC laws. But they "must follow the guidelines" ( whose guidelines? ones that they can make up on the spot? Ones not adhearing to NC business laws? who knows. ) I am a human being. I have only insisted on basic human rights, after I survived what happened. Because this threatened my life. I lived there, it was my home, too. Everything I've ever owned and carried through life is still inside that apartment. I have to keep insisting that I did not deserve to have everything taken away from me, simply because my ex wanted to move new people in to replace me. When they'd rather let their tenants get thrown onto the street due to the actions of an abusive spouse than do the right thing, they should not be allowed to manage and control anyone's housing. -- Steer clear of this place, management will not take action against illegal activity from tenants. My abusive spouse forged my signature to terminate my status on the lease when I lived here, effectively leaving me homeless while dealing with a chronic illness that I was made to miss treatments for. Management did nothing when made aware. Since my ex got away with forging my signature and was able to move more people in and out, me being off the lease also allowed the use of threats any time I said I was coming back to get my belongings-- including my own pets. My ex is also still evading divorce service after all this time while protected by management here. I had talked to the people in the management about everything, where they seemed sympathetic. They then went radio silent any other time I tried reaching out for help on returning. Since someone forging a signature to move others in and out is blatantly illegal, there is no reason for them to avoid a tenant breaking the law to such a degree. I had done everything expected of me, filed police reports locally, and the detective assigned just never responded to me either. No help from any sides, so now i just have to pray that im able to afford the right lawyer. There are plenty of other places to rent around this beautiful area, there is no reason to trust the staff here when a place of living should be protected for your safety. I didnt think I would survive having a home taken away from me, and people who could've done something chose to do nothing. The opposite of nothing, actively letting someone break the law and continuously renewing their lease.

have been a resident at Midtown Green since 02/14/2020…read more I've been borrowing my mom's car since then, which is registered in NY. The car hasn't been back in 2 years to be inspected so I don't have an up to date registration. I have an official letter/form from the NY Dept. of Motor Vehicles saying that they are aware and I have an exception. I left my car for almost 2 weeks in the same spot to ATTEND MY FATHER'S FUNERAL (which was 5 days ago) and my car was fine. I had been in town 24 hours and my car was towed, for my apartment lot, with my park placard on it. I explained the situation to Unlimited Towing and they just want their money and said I was parked on private property (which is weird since it's essentially my drive way) I called Midtown Green's leasing office and their Community Manager wouldn't even get on the phone with me. They said I needed to take it up with Unlimited Towing and that they would not reimbursement the $240 it will take for me to get my car back and that they had nothing to do with it I would have to talk t unlimited recovery. Someone called a towing company to have me towed so I called my NEW apartment complex, Park Central (shout out to Hannah for being the absolute best) who gave me the number for Kane public safety. I also explained to her the situation and she said i would be put on a list so that I would never be towed from their deck. I called Kane Public Safety and they said that all they do is patrol the deck and that they don't know who is supposed to be there and who isn't AND that they definitely are not looking at expired tags. I was told that SOMEONE in my LEASING OFFICE had to call and request Unlimited Towing to come get my car. I would give this apartment complex a 0 if I could solely for this situation alone. Pay the extra money and move to Park Central.
