I have never walked into the office and seen someone upset, mad or unfriendly 2.the main building The main building is great it has a game room, a gym and a kitchen 3.trash service almost every night u can leave your trash outside your door and someone will pick it up it is amazing And of course there are some problems such as the mold we have found on every window and the excessive amount of dust on the fans in the rooms but they than that we are very happy here!

Heather has plans to put in a garden and include catnip for all the furry residents. Check out on Google maps all the stuff we're near. Harris Teeter is close enough to walk to, WalMart is across the street. Not a street to cross on foot, though. Lots of choices for delivery if you get tired of cooking and a great Indian restaurant next to WalMart. The staff here is great. Get to know Anne, Heather and Kim and get busy on moving in! Me and my mother toured this property in hopes of finding my next apartment. We arrived at 1:25pm…read morefor our 1:30pm tour, and were met with a "be back later" sign. We waited for 20 minutes for the leasing agent to come back and finally be available. She did not greet, or even look at us when she approached. Once we started the tour, we did the entire tour basically alone. She stood at the front door, did not state anything about the apartment, the complex, she stood there as if she was a statue. She acted as if she was almost scared of minorities, it was extremely uncomfortable and uninviting. When we asked questions, she barely knew the answers - and what she told us is vastly different from what the website said in terms of price. At the end, we basically had to beg to see any of the amenities, in which she barely explained those either. If i knew the tour was going to be silent, I would have toured it with wasting time with an agent. We will not be renting, we will not be recommending, and I would truly recommend hiring new staff - that leasing agent, is not going to get apartments sold if she continues to show her true opinions of minorities. This property could have been the one, but with the leasing agent being as rude as she is - I will have to pass.
