I don't write reviews often, however, after reading a recent negative review, I feel compelled to do so. My family has lived at Bexley Panther Creek for a number of years. We have never experienced poor service from the wonderful folks who work here. Everyone has always been polite, friendly, and very responsive to our needs. We could not be happier here. Sure, sometimes you hear the neighbors, but that's expected when you live in an apartment. Overall, this place is wonderful and would highly suggest that if you are looking for a place to call home, check them out and see for yourself. read more

Compared to the massive new apartment complexes being built all over the area (and sadly, quite literally across the street), Bexley Panther Creek looks like a much smaller and calmer community, and that is exactly what it is. With a smaller-sized complex, even the furthest resident from the clubhouse has a short walk to check the mail or visit the pool. Taking out the trash is as easy as placing it outside your front door for pickup each night (for a fee, like any other place). Having less residents adds to the community feel, and the staff are better able to meet and remember their residents. The staff as a whole are very friendly and professional, but the maintenance team truly deserves more than 5-stars. Rachid quickly became a friend of mine, and I was genuinely saddened when it came time to move. We would greet each other in passing, and when I did stop to chat with him, he remembered what we had discussed during previous run-ins. The other maintenance workers are just as friendly, and are always ready to help. When you submit a maintenance request, the team is generally quick to respond and will do good work. Want more ceiling-mounted swivel lights? No problem, they'll bring you a few more for free. For all pet-owners and non-owning pet-lovers, the small dog park will surely make you happy, and the occasional resident-appreciation events are a plus too! The residents themselves a mix of people from all ages and backgrounds, so those specifically seeking a predominantly young community should look elsewhere (and probably outside of Cary). You really can't beat the staff and the smaller feel though. I became interested in BPC years before I actually moved in, and now that my time here has ended, I give them an honest 5-stars after thorough review. They're not 100% perfect; nowhere is. I'm about to renew my lease for a 3rd year now so I thought I would write up a review. Location: Minutes from just about everything ( grocery, retail, etc.). Many local shops / plazas within a 5 mile radius. Easy access to 55 / 540. Grounds: Professionally maintained year round at least once a week. Office Staff: Whether you're stopping in to pick up a package, tend to an issue, or just have some coffee, they are always smiling and friendly. Maintenance: Courteous and quick to respond. I have never had to wait on anything to be looked at / fixed. Amenities: Plenty of parking, front door trash pickup, very safe area, workout facilities, business offices with computer access / tv, and a beautiful pool with plenty of room for all (and frequently hold community events during the holidays for tenants). They also have a courtesy officer on site who can respond should there be any issue with noise / loud music / etc after normal business hours. In all, it's a great neighborhood. Family friendly & pets welcome. Would highly recommend! read more

I moved into this 3 bedroom apartment on 8/17/19 and moved out on 12/20/19. To start the horror of my living conditions on the first night as we were moving in there were roaches in the dryer, kitchen and bathroom. There was musty mildew smell once you open the door to the apartment. The base boards bulked as if it had water damage. Then it was the millipedes constantly coming through, so i had to keep a broom by the front door to sweep them out, the crawled on the walls carpet etc. i notified the office, they said the previous tenants did not complain about the roaches.??? I said well i am i don't like them, so they said pest control comes once a week. They came and did a spray a half job and the roaches and insects kept coming. So i was on the pest control list weekly. That did not help. Then I asked for the carpets to get shampooed again because there is no way they were done. They came still a smell. Well eventually i started getting sick had to go the doctor not knowing mildew was in my bedroom taking over. Oh then neighbors upstairs had children running jumping making noises etc. the lady vacuum one morning at 3:30am smh. I complained one time, but really, should i complain every day what's going to change with a lady with toddlers. Ok i asked if i could move because of the situation without being penalized to another Weinstein property, they said with a fee of like $600 smh why should I be penalized for such nasty conditions, then I was told with a doctors note i may could break the lease well i got the doctors note well that really did not do it either. One weekend I took photos of every roach i saw, that Monday i got a call that were letting me out of my lease but i could not rent at any more of there property's and give them 30 days notice and that's exactly what i did. Now as i was moving my clothing the back of the closet had mildew which got over about 8 dresses that i paid $100 for and i showed pictures of the closet and clothing. They said they would get back to me. Never did i called my insurance company they said they would not pay for it because it's the apartments fault smh i got back with them now they said they would not pay for it it's a lifestyle? That's confusing to me it was condensation so how is it a lifestyle so my insurance company said take them to small claims court smh so beware of luxury living read more

I'm actually surprised that there were no reviews prior to mine. There is excellence in the service provided by the leasing office. My hubby and I were extremely impressed with the service Samantha gave us throughout the leasing process. Later when we had to extend our lease, Chris helped us and was also very courteous - regardless of my many questions. Lol. I felt taken care of. I don't know why my prior review was erased, so I reposted it. :) For 14 different nights, there have been teenagers in the locked pool summerhouse area at 10pm creating a disturbance. I'm not sure who is propping the door open to keep it from locking; someone must be doing so. Three different nights, I noticed a group of adults having a party and alcoholic drinks out by the summerhouse grill at 10:30pm, so it would be helpful for the management to do something about this as well. It's exhausting and many residents are not getting the sleep we need. The pool closes hours earlier at 8pm. Signs posted say that the outdoor area closes at dusk. There shouldn't be people partying at the grill area at 10pm and beyond. One lady has a baby who has been awakened by the noise at night. No one from the apartment complex seems to be in the office during the day to speak with. There used to be a security officer at night who would stop this; now there appears to be no security officer. Several nights ago there was a group of teenagers and the girl had her top off in the summerhouse grill area, with a boy running after her - after it was supposed to be locked and closed. They were not in the pool, just in the pool area near the grill. Multiple residents are upset about this disturbance late at night. It's now 10:45pm, activity by a group of teenagers inside the summerhouse area by the grill is still going on tonight, and residents are tired and want to go to bed - but there's no one ensuring that we have a safe, quiet community, so it's difficult. Very sad. Update: Make that 15 nights. It's now 10:45pm on a different night, with an adult party in full swing out by the grill. Children screaming and running, adults being really loud, no rest for the residents. They had two dogs with them, and the dogs were swimming in the pool. The next morning, my wife noticed 8 or 9 beer bottles on top of the trash can by the grill and pool, so now they are using glass bottles out by the pool grill area. I'm sure that Bexley knows who was out there having this party - please ask those people honestly about their two dogs swimming in that pool. Residents expect to be able to rest without noise at night, which is very reasonable. I thought the management said they were going to do something. Please do something to keep this from becoming "party central." read more

I'm surprised/shocked by the scathing reviews from someone who has obviously had a totally different experience than I... from the moment I contacted Bexley on the phone to even yesterday (I've lived here 3mos now), I have experienced nothing short of amazing, stellar customer service. My apartment is wonderfully appointed... I'm VERY happy that my washer/dryer/dishwasher/oven/microwave/refrigerator/AC/disposal/HWH/plumbing all function wonderfully!!! Also, I should add that I am extremely happy that Bexley Panther Creek approved me despite my low credit score... as someone whose credit has been destroyed by an UGLY divorce, I was very happy to know that BPC looked at me as I am TODAY... there is nothing negative in my credit history as far as rental/leasing/evictions are concerned... not even a late rent payment... so, apparently they look at more than just the credit score alone... in spite of my having well over 3X's the monthly rent in income, I was shocked that BPC doesn't have any specific income requirement - they look at your ability to pay the rent AND pay on-time.. I was able to move-in very quickly after applying & being approved... I applied at 3-4 other places and they ALL rejected my application solely on my credit score being "too low"... and I love being able to have my rent pulled from my checking account every month on the day I want without being charged any processing fees!!! Bottom line, BPC has a very personal approach and I like that... Stacey, Tyler & Christine (the property manager) have all been exceptionally professional and friendly with me... I'm actually planning to shout out to my friends/followers on social media about Bexley Panther Creek... and I'm not an easy one to impress... I don't expect perfection... all I ask is for truth-in-advertising, effort, manners/professionalism and results... read more

This place is a dump. I have been here for 3 months and regret ever leasing this apartment. 1. The amenities are total crap. Everything is broken or dirty from the tvs in the gym to the sofas in the "business center," which smell. 2. My washer and dryer are so bad, everything comes out wrinkled and not cleaned properly. I had to have my dryer switched out the first month I moved in because it didn't even work. 3. The cabinets in the kitchen are so ugly. 4. The appliances are subpar and there's certainly nothing luxurious about them. Not even a glass top stove! Literally ALL my dishes come out dirty no matter how many times I wash them in the dishwasher. 5. The maintenance here is a joke. I've had to call to have the caulking replaced around the bathroom sink (which was yellow and peeling), the cheap vinyl tiles in the bathroom and laundry room come up as you walk on them, and even the caulking in the tub is yellow. 6. I was just left an air filter for me to change by maintenance this morning during their "fall maintenance check." I asked them to come by later on a note on my door and they just left me a filter on the floor and a tag on the door as if they actually checked my apartment. Well I go to change the filter after returning home for the day and I found an infestation of BLACK MOLD SPORES in my A/C return. You know the kind that makes you sick and gives you allergies. The kind that takes months in order to start growing! So although air filters are supposed to be checked and changed every 3 months, clearly no one has been doing that and we've been breathing in toxic air since July! 7. To add insult to injury, since the day we moved in, we've been unable to watch ANY TV because our downstairs neighbor thinks it's acceptable to BANG on their ceiling whenever any noise is made upstairs, regardless of what day or time it is. Apparently we must sit here in silence. Complaints were made and nothing was done. Our upstairs neighbor also has a LOUD dog that barks EVERY morning between 9-11am, never fails. In fact today, he barked from 9am-3pm with little to no breaks in between. Office was called and supposedly the owner was going to move him or quiet him around noon. Clearly no one came because the dog was still barking at 3pm. Mind you we work late and sleep with ear plugs in and could STILL hear that awful dog. On top of that, our upstairs neighbor must lift weights or gallop around the apartment at midnight because that's what it sounds like he does every night. I am disgusted with this place. I will never recommend this community to anyone! read more

The Bexley at Panther Creek is an amazing property. From the inception of beginning a lease to being a tenant, they truly make this an experience that sets them apart from the rest. I have lived on several properties here in NC and I can say that this has been a place that truly makes you feel "your home". I rented my apartment from out of state, the representative that assisted me was both helpful, understanding and communicative. She walked me through every step and was nothing short of amazing at putting my lease together in a very short period of time. Working with me via email and by phone at all times. They are currently redoing the clubhouse which I am looking forward to, I remember the old one, as I visited this property in the past, and the investment being made to improve the facilities are coming along beautifully. The apartments, are well laid out (I have the two bedroom). If you know how to work with space, this truly makes for an adorable living space, not too big and definitely, not small. I love the laundry room, as it is in fact a room. Space for hamper, detergents and all the other household cleaning items. Great kitchen, counter space, cabinet space and color scheme all very warm, and functional. Both bathrooms are a generous size and offer in room closets to maintain your linens for each individual person living in the home. We are of course attached to PCHS, which is an amazing school. For parents looking to live in a community that offers such - this is the place to be. The neighbors, the grounds, the service are all wonderful. Let me touch on maintenance for a moment. Moe is always the maintenance engineer that services my apartment. When I put a request in, it is done in a timely fashion (within 24 hours or less) depending on the level of service needed, an emergency is done within the hour. Great care is taken to complete your request. It is done right the first time, no bandaid fixes here. He is pleasant and a great person in general, as he truly makes you feel like you are his only obligation for the day. Valet trash for me is awesome! as a mom of a teen, I have more trash than I care to admit. Not having to lug it down to the container every day is very convenient. I've met the staff that takes care of this in passing, and they are also very professional and courteous. Hot coffee always ready in the guest house, pets are welcome and treated with care. Treats for them every visit they make to the office! The price of the apartments are very fair, and the location is central to everything. Markets, shopping plaza's restaurants, malls. One might say, there has to be something wrong with this property, I can tell you that this Management company has it going on!. If an apartment is what you need, then Bexley at Panther Creek should be your next home. I plan on being here through my baby girls HS career. I am a tenant since January 2017 - and plan on being one for the duration. There is only one thing that could make this property better and that would be an option to buy your apartment home. I would! In summary of all that I've said, come to the Bexley at Panther Creek. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED EVER! Bring the kids, tote the fur babies, and enjoy the welcome feeling of finally finding a home. I did, and I am not easy to impress! read more
