As someone who has never given birth, I was nervous for every procedure. Dr. Lorenzo explained things to me in a way I could understand and offered multiple options to me, not pushing any particular one on me. My surgery was August 2025 and I have felt like a new woman ever since, iron anemia is now cured. His office staff and assistants are amazing and the hospital staff where the surgery was performed also spoke highly of him. My abdominal scar healed so good. Without a doubt I would highly recommend. I traveled from Yakima to see him and have the procedures performed. Definitely worth it.

Literally like 5 seconds after for absolutely no reason. She took a breath right after birth. I was pressured to get an iud after birth. I declined. The midwife clearly had hardly any experience and seemed extremely stressed my entire birth even though it was a non eventful birth. I will not go back to this office for anything again.

I will start by saying I do believe that the care given by the doctors is excellent. The front office staff is always polite, professional, and welcoming! The doctors are good listeners and thorough! They had me scheduled for my annual exams quickly which was great! The downside is, as a new patient, it took me three months to be able to see the doctor for a "establishing care" appointment. This was not a thing in the state I moved from. So it took two-three months for me to get an appointment, then they had to reschedule me twice, once because they had scheduled too many establishing a care appointments for that day with that doctor and then once again because their building had been vandalized. Unfortunately, that pushed my appointment out another two months so now I've waited over five months to see a doctor to establish care. I finally get to my appointment date and have received a letter that my new doctor is now leaving the practice and I'll have to set up an establishing care appointment with a new doctor which took...another 2 months! So this is intended to be a cautionary tale if you are trying to establish care, as soon as you get to the area or as soon as you realize it... Start calling immediately to find a doctor because these wait times are definitely not something I was used to!

They're refusing to see "any new patients even if they had established care prior to this". How absurd. Good riddance.

However, its not because he's goofing off. He is frequently running back and forth from the hospital to deliver babies and then back to his office to see patients. I am very impressed with his professionalism and empathy, which I did not find when I went to Associated Physicians for Women (now Kadlec Clinic). The only reason I don't mark 5 stars is because of his receptionist. When checking in, she asked for a payment on my balance. That would have been fine, except that she started explaining what I had done and what the individual charges were. I am very aware of what I have had done, but I didn't need the entire lobby to hear the procedures that I had done, thanks.

A simple call to the pharmacy would reveal the years and dosage that my Rx had been used. I went somewhere else and the visit took 4 minutes. The doctor used the phone info mentioned above creating no personal risk. What happened to the doctor oath of not harming patient, I needed to fill my Rx. Not filling would cause signifcant harm. The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does…read morenot bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation.
