We have been waiting for a call-back for the past 3 days to find out when a technician is coming back out to fix the problem with our A/C. We have tried to call 3 times and have to go through the process every time of giving the answering service all the information, only to hear the same thing - " we'll dispatch someone to call you soon" - only for that not to happen. We are very frustrated and have already paid the "membership fee" for the season but aren't being treated like it.
