Timing made it look like Josh may have flipped something, but he came back within an hour and showed me where the previous estimate had done this. That showed me that Zeh would stand behind their work, even making sure that Josh did not cause the problem. I dealt with Jen in the office and she was always really helpful getting questions to Josh as the job was getting closer. Josh would get back within hours with an answer and Jen would relay. Josh is definitely technical and knows hvac systems. Brandon may have finalized the design but I was given 3 options, the best for this small place was the one chosen. I had 4 good companies come and give me estimates. I thought Zeh was competitive and they are local, which was high on priorities for this job. Great, professional local company. They completed the job over two days of steady, hard work. Brandon came by on day one and had one guy with him I think. Those guys did an amazing amount of work on day one. Brandon showed up on day 2 and told me another crew would be finishing up the next day. I wish I had the names of the guys on day 2, again, professional, hard working, detail oriented. The system is very quiet, well done install. My heating bills may have gone up slightly, my cooling bills are cut in half with the gold system. All 4 companies that came to do estimates were good. Zeh will not show up in matching coveralls with a logo, but they will show up ready to work and do a great job. They did it for me. It has been about 10 months since the system was installed. NO issues at all, until I decided to replace the 6 month filter. Newer, high efficiency systems, or at least my system requires a 4 inch, pleated filter replaced every 6 months. You are going to pay up to 80 bucks a filter, but twice a year if you are following guidelines. I like my hvac so I will be replacing it 2x a year. Final reason why you should use Zeh. I climbed under my house a few weeks ago to replace my filter myself. I ordered a new filter that Zeh gave me the name and number for my install so I ordered one to save a few bucks. I crawled up under the house but I removed the wrong panel to replace the filter. I thought Zeh had forgotten to install a filter. I did call back after watching a youtube video and said I think I am just stupid. They said we are still coming and will take a look. Gene came by and took my filter, quickly replaced it and showed me how it works. So, quality work, competitive price, local business, excellent people, excellent service. Get your estimates, but definitely try Zeh. I give Zeh 5 stars.

He was able to get our heat going in the meantime, while waiting on a quote for a replacement panel by tomorrow. He was knowledgable about what size system we should have for our house and able to offer more quotes if we wished to replace the unit entirely because of the many problems we had before and the fact that it was small for the size of our home. We had several quotes and ultimately decided to go with AHA because they contract with Trane. My experience with their service has never been an issue. All of their technicians are fine. We had one instance where our motor went out during last years ice storm and had to go with another company who could use their own personal 4 wheel drives to get it us to replace the motor. My experience with getting the quote from Dan was great. He is very knowledgeable and approaches quotes in a very helpful and common sense manner. I valued his input and how thorough he was. My experience with the technicians who installed our HVAC was great. They were wonderful to have in our home and we enjoyed interacting with them. My one and only issue with AHA is with their accounting person, Sharon Jenkins. About a week after the HVAC was installed I received an email from Sharon asking for more money for the install. I explained to her that the quote was $x and the final bill came out to be LESS THAN THE QUOTE. I even supplied the final invoice that I paid in full showing the difference thinking "oh she just needs to update her side to reflect the final amount". This is not uncommon and actually speaks volumes of Dan to over quote by just a little and have the customer a bit happier. After explaining the nuances of her job to her she was outright rude and refused to understand HER job. She incorrectly tried to say that the quote is the contract amount but didn't acknowledge the final invoice. Unwilling to go back and forth I contacted their customer service and was immediately told I was correct and my account was zeroed out. My advice to AHA is to part ways with Sharon. After reading a lot of reviews and speaking with people in my neighborhood it is a common theme that their only issue with AHA is having to interact with her. One person in fact said they went with another company solely because they refuse to ever speak to Sharon again. I would also suggest that AHA do a full investigation into her previous interactions with other customers. Were there customers in the past that didn't know any different and she was able to get that extra $$? Is this a systemic problem? Are their books in order? Where is this extra money going? As a customer it is not my responsibility to explain basic accounting to the accountant. I see her behavior as a giant red flag for any business. This review would be 5 stars if AHA had a different accountant who was actually kind and knew how to do her job.

Never held consistent indoor temp. Finally in 2023 service guy realized the installation had not been completed properly- fixed. To their credit, no charges so far, but wildly inconvenient. Next, replacement of part covered under warranty- $600 in labor. Maybe Airflow used to be a reliable, knowledgeable company- no more.

I have a dual system; heat pump works when it's cold, propane furnace works when it's really cold. Technician spent about an hour and said everything was good. First cold night, nothing worked. Called customer service and tech came out the next day and discovered that the thermostat was not seated properly. Fixed that and said everything should work fine. Next really cold night the gas furnace would not come on. I called customer service. She said someone would come out that afternoon. A bit vague but okay. Tech did not show. Did not receive a call saying that he wasn't coming. Did not receive a call to reschedule. Very poor customer service. Called another company. Found out that the gas to the furnace was shut off. Simple mistake. But because of poor customer service from Airflow, I had to spend an additional $99 to get it fixed.
