I was told the plumber must be tied up and that she would check the status. At that point, I told her not to bother. We completely understand that unexpected issues can delay a plumber -- that's not the problem. The issue is the lack of basic courtesy. A simple phone call to reschedule would have been appreciated. Instead, I sat at home for four hours waiting on a no‑show. It was frustrating, inconvenient, and highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend calling them.

He called again on 1/20 and was told we were scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 22nd since you would be in our area. No delivery occurred. I then called on 1/23 to report that we were between 20-25% with snow and ice approaching, yet we still did not receive fuel by 1/29. On Monday 2/2 after being given the runaround/ told someone would call me back @ 8:20 & 12:40 when I attempted to get an answer. Then I called back after 4p as our tank had dropped to 10% or less. I spoke with Claudia, who stated we were scheduled for delivery on 2/5. After 4:00 PM today (2/5), I called again to confirm since no truck had arrived and was told drivers would be working until 8-9 PM and that we would receive fuel tonight. We are now (8:45p) below 5% (essentially empty). AJ has contacted your emergency line and was told someone should arrive within two hours. Thankfully driver showed up at 10p to fill tank and how ironic we were told he was around our area all day and we weren't on his ticket. Adding to our frustration, Tiger Fuel has had no problem drafting our account monthly, yet we cannot get the basic service we are paying for. This situation is unacceptable and has placed our household at risk during winter conditions. We relied on repeated assurances from your company that delivery was scheduled and coming. Please provide: 1. Why the runaround btwn different offices when customers call. 2. An explanation for the repeated missed deliveries and lack of communication. 3. I had not heard of this company but was impressed by their website, particularly the pricing section, and their responsiveness. Gill, the primary plumber, was thorough, respectful, and transparent. For each of the 3 jobs, he assessed the problem, came up with a solution, and provided me with a proposal and quote for the job. This also included costs of any potential additional work that might be required. He took pictures of the issues for the biggest job in the crawl space and carefully explained the options. There were no surprises. As work went into Christmas week, he had several others join him to get the work done who were equally informative. The resultant work is impeccable and I can relax. Gill examined all visible plumbing to insure there were no other problems. He also provided estimates for several future repairs, one requested by me and one he anticipated would be necessary in the future. I live in a 100+ year old house and these kinds of issues are a little scary because surprises abound! Update: I spoke with Chris and explained the situation. He said he would wave the full cost…read more Look it up...carbon monoxide can be found in septic tank gasses. I explained on the phone there were strange brown circles over the septic tank and CO detector went off in the room nearest the pipe with outflow to the tank. I was told it would be $89 for them to come out. He opened two of the septic pipes. Asked me to flush the toilet furthest from the pipe. He saw the water flowing to the tank. Came in and looked around the inside of the house. Said he believed the CO was coming from the propane fireplace pilot. (It has a CO detector next to it which didn't go off.) A total of probably 15-20 minutes max. That'll be "$245 for the diagnostic". He said it was office policy to charge for the diagnostic. Basically I paid $245 for his opinion and no work. Last year, they did good work with good customer service moving our water filter system from under the house to the laundry room. We had no issue. But this time I feel high jacked!!

Furnace is $5600 replacement. Heating company said parts would be over $3400. yesterday while pulling the heat air unit they found the wire harness fried also and several other parts destroyed that they can not replace. I believe they should take responsibility for their error. As of yet we have no settlement. I expect them to pay for the furnace air unit which they destroyed. DO NOT CALL!!! The pressure release valve on my water heater…read morewas dripping. The plumber looked at the sticker on the water heater and said it was simply too old and needed to be replaced. He did not run any diagnostics to see why it was leaking. I asked him several times if he could test the pressure in the tank to see if it was over heating or if it could be a faulty valve. He refused to do anything and because he was a master plumber with 20years of experience and the heater was just too old. He gave me a quote for new heater ($1200+) and left. I called another plumber right away who came and ran several diagnostic tests, checked the pressure and figured out that it was just a faulty valve. He replaced the valve which fixed the leak! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!
