It is now October 1. My experience: MANY missed dates. Most with no advance warning that crew wouldn't arrive until well into the scheduled day of the supposed work. Poor communication. Lame excuses. I will say that the subcontractor on the job has done good work. However, ServiceMaster as the primary contractor is a major failure. I confronted the owner, who nonchalantly told me that these were not the type of guys who would do something like this. There was no acknowledgement of the crime, the circumstances, or the aftermath. The owner simply did not believe me and never contacted me again about the issue. A police report was even filed and the evidence is entirely credible. I am a father, husband, and public servant who has absolutely no reason to lie. This is a business who will not even recognize your concerns and brush you aside as though you don't even exist or matter as a customer.
