I walked him through the project yard and when I explained my dreams for the Hardscape he offered expert Advice, Suggested Options, and gave commentary on existing vegetation and scape. Within six weeks of purchasing a Meyer lemon tree, its leaves turned yellow and leaves dropped, despite getting adequate water and overall care. (We're experienced gardeners) Tried to get an exchange, credit or refund -- or even an explanation -- but after several days of unanswered phone and email msgs, we finally heard back from nursery manager Stephanie who blew off our concerns and refused any assistance, citing "it's not our concern once it leaves the property." Over the years, we were devoted customers but things have steadily gone downhill with the new owners and staff.

I went back to see them and they told me that the tree had gone into early hibernation. I waited all winter for the tree to come back in the spring. Two landscapers told me that the tree was not in hibernation, that it died because it was not planted correctly and the roots were exposed to oxygen. I returned to tree locators this summer to buy a new tree. The owner called and told me he would replace it at cost. Even though I'm virtually certain it died because they planted it wrong, I told him I would be OK with that. Weeks after week I called him to come out and replace the tree, they never came out. I'm very disappointed with this company. Buyer beware.

I got 3 for $10 and was told how to take care of them (super easy) and in a few months they will sprout more, so fun! You can really tell they love what they do as they hand out business cards with cell phone numbers just in case you have any care questions about plants you purchase from them. They carry tropical plants including air plants, bromeliads, orchids, seagrass baskets and more. If you want to make a cool indoor garden, this is your spot.
