I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

Gene restored the front end of my 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid when I'd bought it from a dealer and it had an undisclosed accident. He worked with me to stay within my budget and communicated every step of the way. When I was ready to have more work to restore it a year later, he didn't hesitate, staying in my budget. When the car had mechanical issues that were outside his scope? He referred me to his dad's garage up the way who treated me just as kindly and helpfully. This year I brought him my moms old Suzuki after she got in a fender bender. He searched high and low for comparable parts (they weren't made anymore) and did a fantastic job and kept things in budget. Can not recommend Gene and his crew highly enough. I was so scared of an expensive replacement, some body shops I called said they would probably have to replace the whole thing. They seem very trusting and said they have a mechanic shop as well.
