I called and the person I spoke to said they'd make another one. I said I didn't want to bother them because I wasn't sure how late they were open. He assured me that it wasn't too late and they would make it right away. It was almost 9 when I called about the failed order. I called again when the second one was supposed to be delivered and it was the person who said he was the one who delivered the first one and that he did deliver it. He heard a dog barking. No one in my building has a dog. When I said that, he said he'd get his manager and I said okay. My friend and I were talking about the confusion of it all and then Greg hung up on me. I called back twice. Stayed on the line twice for almost 20 minutes. No one would take my call. I'm not a complainer and I've never complained about any kind of delivery but now I'm out $28 bucks and not one person could be bothered to help me. I get that some people take advantage of a situation but I've never done that. So, thanks Dominos, for making my first ever complaint feel useless and for hanging up on me when all you had to do was just refund my money and I would've definitely ordered from you again. This whole situation just sucks.
