When we visited after, we noticed a large amount of water sitting in the bottom of the sink cabinet. It had badly warped the cabinet bottom and mildew was growing. When I mentioned this to the scheduler (I took pains to be pleasant about it) and asked for repair, she was very defensive, finally saying the owner would have to call. When he did, he was belligerent, defensive, and accusatory of anyone but his crew. My husband was so agitated he drove the 2.5 hours down to take photos to send to Mr. Byron. We heard nothing back, and finally told him to close our account. We showed the photos to a licensed plumber who told us Byron's had not capped our pipe and that was the source of the water.
