She proactively told me what to expect with the service call and re the timing, and followed-up with emails that provided photos of the technicians who would be visiting (great safety precaution). Zahir and La Aung were my plumbers and I felt comforted by Zahir's friendly and thorough explanation of how they would undertake the job. He promptly provided me with a quote before starting the necessary work. The job seemed reasonably priced, particularly since it was in a very awkwardly cramped space (with a pipe leak behind the HVAC). They made no complaints at all about the awkward space and conducted their work efficiently. Payment was a breeze with their mobile tablet (that accepts credit card payments) and he had me check my satisfaction with their work before processing payment. Zahir also pointed out some redundant piping that he discovered that could be addressed prophylactically to prevent similar issues in the future and the office provided me a written quote for that work. Hoerner also agreed they would come back again (at no charge) if there were any issues with the work done today. Then promises to show up next day, when no further updates were provided next day, I called asking for a status and the man answering the phone rudely alleged that I called to cancel (which did not happen) and then when I tried to ask what actually happened, the man rudely hung up on me. Clearly, service are NOT professional here. Skip this place if you are at all in need of a plumbing fix/any fix. I rarely leaves reviews on bad service but this place left me no choice.

He was very patience and agreed to come back in the afternoon after I was able to get the missing gaskets. He did come back and finished installing everything perfectly. I am older and not feeling well that week. I should have got more estimates. I thought the whole soil stack had to be changed and digging required, for it was old cast iron. The bill was $3008 for two visits each lasting about 1 1/2 hour, the plumber came with some other guy second time after I said something about being illegal to work alone.They just changed the elbow to the flange. To be fair, add 2 hours travel. Total 5 hours. That is over $723 an hour. All the other guy did was to vacuum the floor with my shop vac and watch for leaks during final inspection. The final bill also added $607 to reset the toilet and $43 for estimating cost. With tax, that will be around $4133+ for a bad floor gasket. Are you scared by now ??
