He and his staff thus far have been completely painless. This alone is something I am not use to. They are also very friendly and did not take a big chunk out of my wallet when I went. I recently had a crown replaced and a filling. The wait time was almost nothing. Dr. Patterson is a military man and is very organized and structured. Not having to wait in the waiting room is also a new experiance for me when going to the Dentist. His Dental Hygienist Candy (I love that she's named Candy) is so nice and friendly. She also understood that I have very sensitive teeth and was just great a doing a job that needed to be done that I just am never going to be fully comfortable with, but she was wonderful. I highly recomend Dr. Patterson and his staff to anyone. They have changed my negative thoughts about Dentistry into positive ones!

So when we moved to NW Arkansas, I did just that. One of only a couple of highly recommended dentists was Dr. K. During our first visit, I was blown away with his thoroughness. He then talked about his philosophy of dental care. Really pleased! Then I had the corner of a tooth break off. He got me in, evaluated the situation, then made a 3/4 crown (I think). There is one tell-tale sign of a great dentist: all his staff - from reception to dental assistants - are treated as valued colleagues and not just as the ​hired help. For technical reasons, my stay plate was difficult to fit. Dr. Kolokithas spent lots of time and effort to get it perfect for my requirements. I have not been to such an attentive dentist in years. I absolutely hate having metal touch my teeth and couple that with the past personallities of other providers, I would dread going to get checked out and as such did not do a great job of taking care of my teeth. Since starting at Dr. Grier's practice, we have my teeth in tip top shape and if I have issues I do not mind going in to have him check them out.
