We hired them to do the driveway. The rest of it was purely pride in the service they deliver. I have never seen such amazing attention to detail in a landscaping/snow removal company before. They're beyond the best I've ever seen - they redefined what "the best" should even be. Despite paying for professional lawn care and treatments, my lawn has continued to deteriorate, and I have seen very little improvement. I specifically raised concerns about the condition of my lawn and possible insect problems, but the treatment and results have been far from what I expected from a professional lawn-care company. The lawn still has damaged areas, and I have not seen the results that were promised. What is most frustrating is that I am paying for professional treatment because I expect the company to identify the problem, treat it properly, and help restore the lawn--not simply apply products and leave the customer to deal with the consequences. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage anyone considering their lawn service to do their research and carefully evaluate whether the results justify the cost.
