The sandwich was accompanied by perfectly cooked crinkle cut fries. We ate at the bar and were taken care of by a very efficient bartender who also brought us our food. She made recommendations to my co-workers who weren't quite sure of what to order and they took her suggestions and were glad they did. McKenna's is a local pub and while this was my first visit, we were told that it is under new management. I do plan to go back soon and try their Shepherd's Pie which I saw another diner order. Our server told us it comes in two sizes, which is probably a lunch sized portion and a larger one for dinner. McKenna's is not a true dive bar; it was clean and warm, and the people were friendly.
