Most amazing breakfast and lunch creations ever! We've been to Missy's more times that we can count! Wonderful staff and food. A spooky, home run every time!

Do you like to take walks on the WILDSIDE? How about ghoulish encounters of the third kind. Missy's is a New Jersey themed horror show cafe and a local favorite. The walls are covered with photos of horror movies past. It's a cafe that would make Bela Lugosi and Elvira feel at home. When I stopped by on a cold Sunday morning the place was packed. The friendly host said it would be a 45 minute wait and she was right. I ordered the waffle with raspberry syrup and a cup of coffee and the bill came close to $20. The food and service was good. Next time I'm thinking about the "New Jersey Devil Bites" and "Th e Black Garlic Mash". Yes, the food is theme named. They offer breakfast & lunch specials.

Missy's Main Street Café was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed all of the quirky spooky movie decor and the unique names that they gave their menu items. Their hard working staff does an outstanding job at seating customers and satisfying the continuous flow of hungry patrons. If you prefer bar seating, it is available. Each entree portion was large, cooked to perfection, and thoroughly enjoyed. We had the following: The Toxic Avenger (Grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, pepper jack, lettuce, and ranch dressing), French Toast with a side of turkey sausage, and the Yummy Mummy Omelette (Tomatoes, scallions, American cheese, Noopy (1,000 Island) sauce, potatoes, and rye toast. My rye toast was one of the best I've ever tasted and buttered to perfection. I highly recommend Missy's and will definitely return to enjoy another memorable meal.

It's a small family diner with a cool Harry Potter atmosphere inside. Our server was wonderful and the food was really good.

Generous portions = great food to go home

Outstanding! 11:30 AM on a random Tuesday morning--many restaurants would be watching the last of the breakfast customers leaving, and hoping someone would be showing up for lunch--but Missy's is full, every seat taken and others waiting to be seated. Why is that? Because the food, the quality and the service are THAT GOOD! The breakfast and lunch SPECIALS are amazing creations! And even the portions are outstanding! After two people ate as much as they wanted, there was still a big container to go home! We just love everything about Missy's Main Street Cafe!!!

Visited this cute place years ago and came back for lunch. They offered breakfast and lunch menus and we all seemed to enjoy what we ordered and said it was very good. They had inside and outside tables, street parking, and friendly staff. They do not take reservations....but we would come by again when possible.

Food is always 10/10, never misses! Call to get on waitlist. Fast quick easy service. My favorite thing ever is the Michael Myer's Melt.

Another Review from a poor man. I will do the pros and cons about this place Pros. The food, service, and atmosphere of this place is great. The wait staff are nice and as colorful and eclectic as the decor. I had gotten the Ch ch ch ah ah ahhmelette with a substitution of caramelized onions instead of home fries on the side. The omelette was very tasty. The caramelized onions were, quite possibly, the best I have ever had! The unsweetened iced tea was good and was definitely made in house. The cons. The space is very small and can get crowded very quickly. So you might need to wait for seating. The only other issue I had was when I got my bill and they made a 14 dollar omelette and charged me 24 bucks because I asked for side of caramelized onions instead of the standard home fries. I protested because there is zero reason to make it that much and if it was going to be that much of an up charge, I should be informed before it. With some protesting I got the bill down to 17 dollars (even though that math still doesn't make sense to me). Although the bill left a horrible taste in my mouth, the omelette did not. So overall, a good experience and definitely one I would suggest checking out for breakfast or brunch. (Just pay attention to your bill).

Small casual place, about ten tables and five counter seats. We had to wait about ten mins which isn't bad from what I've heard it could be. However, their system of making sure people are sat in order should be used. When we first walked in the one girl just told us to wait as they had people leaving in the next couple of minutes. But there were people who came before us and then after us and then when another girl walked over she was trying to figure out who came first and had to back track through the four parties standing there at the time. Food was decent. I would go back to try other things. The PB&J French toast could have used more peanut butter, but I loved that you had different options of jelly to choose from. My husband's waffle came with raspberry syrup which he did not use so I see for my French toast which was amazing. Jersey Devil bites were our favorite part of the meal!

Black garlic smash is a perfect breakfast dish! So much wonderful stuff going on!

My wife and I headed to the area to check out a nearby thrift shop. Obviously that's an excuse for me to send her three or four Yelp recommendations for nearby lunch. Having not spent a lot of time in the surrounding area, it was a good opportunity to see how beautiful it is. Kind of area that makes you start wondering about real estate prices, even when that's an unrealistic dream. We both knew pretty quickly that Missy's was our choice, everything about it screams fun and food focused. By the time we arrived on a Saturday at about 1:30, the place was full and we lucked into bar seating. They're a luncheonette style place, closing at 3 each day and serving breakfast and lunch throughout the day. Each and every staff member treated us like a regular, from the moment we walked in. They were quick with recommendations, although it's the kind of menu where you'll be tempted by every item. My wife selected a Big Mac inspired wrap with a side of tater tot's and absolutely loved it! I went with a dish that I had seen on Yelp, the Black Garlic Smash. It features sunny side up eggs, Taylor ham, onions, and a black garlic hot sauce over perfectly crispy tater tot's. It also includes a couple of slices of buttered toast. I'm a sucker for a savory dish on a breakfast menu, this one cannot be beat! Absolutely delivers just enough heat from the hot sauce and the ingredients come together so well! The ambiance is perfect, I was wondering if it would be a bit over the top with the horror theme but it wasn't. Just enough to add character to the place. Obviously I've been gushing and adding to the nearly 700 perfect reviews that they have at this point but I would close with, the people that work there take the place over the top. We found ourselves discussing music and hockey with a waitress we had just met. Absolutely a great experience!

deceptive deliciousness tucked away in a quirky lil jersey horror movie themed restaurant. as soon as you walk in you're sweetly greeted &offered coffee as you wait. once seated (tight yet cozy) i ordered the JB black garlic smash aka the real reason i saved this place to my must try list! & yes... you MUST try it, absolutely smackinggggggg & well worth the visit. i enjoyed the many hints of horror splashed throughout the decor (love a place with a theme) & the little details like the check mailboxes which you can use to signal you were ready. if you're in the area, check them out!

Yaaazzz Queen. Really nice mix of savory , sweet and a little kick ..

Here's the deal. Still amazing after multiple visits! Service was great! Love that their outside tables are dog friendly. Be prepared to wait for a table.

There's a good size sandwich menu, along with daily specials listed on a separate board. I chose a sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll, and my wife had Taylor ham, eggs, and cheese, on a bagel. Both sandwiches were very good! They also have some good looking pastries and muffins. They were so tempting, as a matter of fact, we brought a blueberry and chocolate chip muffin home! In a time when there are so many options for food, any place that people will willingly wait in line for has to be great. I managed to finally arrive at a time that had only a small wait & once inside it was smaller than I imagined - but that's not a bad thing. Limited tables means the servers can spend more time at each table rather than running around tending to too many tables at once. There were a few booths & a few more tables, closely spaced together with different parties. The decor is similar to what you'd find on an old country kitchen with witty sayings. Again, no frills. They're not looking to distract their patrons with aesthetics. Their menu was healthy & had lots to choose from. I went with my old reliable - taylor ham & cheese on a roll & it did not disappoint.
