When I came in, there were 3 people waiting for their banh mis. 1 of them was a large-ish order. It took quite some time for anyone to take my order and even longer to wait for 1 sandwich. I waited for approx 15-20mins if not longer. Quite a few people came in AFTER I ordered, but they got their sandwiches before I did which was weird. There are 3 people working behind the counter, and 1 of those people did cash as well. They charged tax even though I paid cash. Sandwich was good, but be prepared to wait.
