Went to the greenhouse once on a trip to Grande Prairie. It was such a lovely experience. It's run locally, and the service shows. Wasn't able to buy anything since I was flying home but I wish they had a greenhouse near me in Calgary too. read more

Ordered November 8th, expedited parcel. Plants arrived November 18th. No insulation other than bubble wrap and paper. One heat pack tossed in the middle of a large box of 12 plants, which arrived fried and frozen solid. Money right down the drain at Christmas with my new business not even off the ground yet, profits lost. read more

Been here waiting for 20 Minutes for them to find an order…read morethat was phoned in and paid for. I am watching as my customer service clerk is rapidly trying to get assistance with no response from any departments. Rozy is trying to help and has been tremendous. Looks like no background help for the clerks up front. What a mess. From the first talk to customer service to the the time I actually left their parking lot was 1.5 hours. Would have been quicker to come in and pick the product from the shelf then phone the order in.

Great selection, sales are minimal, mostly 5-10% off. Great facility and people that go the extra step.

It's also somewhat of a smaller store, so if you're registering, be prepared to add stuff from online, and if you're trying to purchase off of someone's registry, be prepared that they might not have things in stock from the registry! Everyone we've dealt with has been really helpful though to the best of their ability, and several of them are clearly very passionate about what they do! I'm very excited to have a BB&B in GP!

I was told that they could only price match the same color even though all the sets are the same price regardless of color. Seems that Bed Bath and Beyond wants to give the impression that they are competitive but will find any excuse to avoid price matching. Needless to say, I purchased two sets from their competitor even though they weren't the color I would have preferred.

This is a hidden gem! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent variety and bring in what actually grows in our climate. Whether you're looking for house plants, gardening supplies, dirt, bedding plants, hanging baskets, seeds, they seem to have it all. I also ordered my trees and bushes for this spring ahead of time so they will have them set aside and ready for pick up once planting season begins. Definitely will return! read more

I went there a couple weeks ago to get some plants with my roommate and it was a wonderful experience! We each bought a couple plants and the lady that was there was so nice and helpful. She also had a adorable new puppy named poppy which made the experience even better! Definitely recommend going here for plants and we will be back! read more

Best greenhouse I've been to around grande prairie. Prices are great , staff are very helpful and best part is since everything is so well cared for I haven't had any plant loss like other greenhouses I've been to. I highly recommend a visit to Braeheid Gardends for indoor and outdoor plants. read more

The staff at braheid is so amazing and helpful, so knowledgeabl and personal. Any and all plants I have purchsed from houseplants to annuals to trees have all been of great health and great quality. I shop their online store because they bring in plants that fly off the shelves so if you need to wait for restock they will email when it's in store again. The greenhouse itself is awesome and I have gotten some of my favourite plants from Braeheid Gardens. read more
