My journey with Brahma Kumari's started by listening to Sister BK Shivani's "Awakening With Brahma Kumaris" series & each time I listened to Sister Shivani, one question always used to pop-up up in my mind "What is the source behind all the knowledge & teachings shared by Sister Shivani ?" as her sharings were so enlightening & helped me with solutions for day to day challenges when interacting with the world. I recently came from India, and the person whom with I shared aprtment for a short time helped me a lot in settling down here. He took me to Milpitas Bramha Kumari center. When I went there I really felt very nice and peaceful. People who are attending this center are very nice and cooperative. I could feel these people very peaceful. I decided to attend the introductory course here. I attended the four session introductory course over two weekends. I enjoyed a lot in this course. Sister who conducted this course opened door for a new way of life. And the knowledge to deal with practical life is very good. This surely can help everybody to find inner peace. This center conducts daily morning meditation class and a discourse session, listening to Sister daily is a great start of the morning. I think it helps a lot to deal with day in a positive way. The only problem I had was drive to the center from Sunnyvale to Milpitas and coming back to work in Sunnyvale. But this center is tech savvy, daily discourse is broadcasted on skype, you can join skype session to listen to discourse from home. And the a short audio summary of session can also be heard by calling a number anytime in the day. I am connected with peaceful people and they are helping me to connect with real Father. Absolutely Love this place! One needs to come and experience the inner peace and bliss this has to offer.I love the collective group meditation as this uplifts oneself and the others . The place have very positive and good vibrations and one will very well feel positive as well peaceful and powerful. This is a great place of meditation for people who want to make positive changes in their daily life. I believe people should take the 7 day course from the BK center taught by the BK brothers and sisters. I have been going to the center since 2021. I have seen my life changed dramatically for the better. I do mediation every morning and have positive thoughts all the time. I am accompanied Bhrama baba and Shiv baba.
