I took her yoga sessions thrice & felt greatly satisfied. Tried nutrition program too, more focussed on reducing my weight through a well balanced approach and not merely being starved. The results were pretty impressive and appreciable. I lost around 15 to 18 pounds overall & now look more fit than before. I learnt how to have balanced diet routine through this program & to keep my weight under control irrespective of the type of food i eat everyday. Of course, you'l learn the right trick to crack down how to have ice creams/ pizzas/ pastas by not having the fear of adding much pounds to your self. Although it's been a month since i completed my diet program through Nutriyoga, I'm still following it and I could happily say that I'm able to maintain the same reduced weight till date. Great classes and instructors!…read more Been coming for a half a year now and really enjoy the diversity of classes. There's a range of levels, so it's easy to find something that works for you. My favorite instructors are Diana and Taylor - both their classes feel challenging and are a great workout! The facility is very clean and includes a bathroom, storage area, and a water station. At first, I was worried about leaving my stuff since there are no locks, but haven't had any issues so far! The check in process is seamless through an iPad and there's usually someone at the from desk if you have any questions. The yogasix app is really easy to use, so booking classes is a breeze. The only feedback I have is that the cancellation period feels really strict. You need to cancel within 8 hours of the class which feels extremely long and is a lot less flexible than other workout classes. This is the biggest pain point for me and I wish it was shorter. As far as I know, this applies to ALL yogasix studios and is not unique to this location.

Be prepared to reinvent your relationship with your yoga practice…read more Rebel Rise is probably the only yoga studio I have been to that pays respects to the ancient practice and has a huge emphasis on community, all the while deepening and strengthening one's practice. The community here is like no other; the staff and practitioners are genuinely kind and welcoming and there is little space for ego here. The instructors are highly knowledgeable about the asanas and will offer you new ways to engage in your practice, such as making minor adjustments or putting you into proper alignment that will improve your poses like no other. Through engagement, awareness, and reminders to honor your body where it's at (listening to what it needs vs thinking about what you should look like), the instructors guide you to a feeling of fulfillment and relief and an overall appreciation of the sacred temple you call your body. I highly recommend Rebel Rise Studios for anyone that is looking to go deeper into their practice and for anyone seeking that mind-body connection.
