I really enjoyed working with Joe. I love fast paced material and moving through things at a rapid pace. Today, by surprise I had a chance to participate in one an ActionCoach Profit Club meeting. It was structured, full of good information and gave me some take away things I could act upon right away! I met Joe at a networking group we both belong to and see each other every week. My first impression of Joe was excellent and I taught he was someone that I could trust and wanted to work with. I met up with him and had a 1:1 to talk about each others business and to see how we could refer each other business. At the time I was looking for help to structure my business as we were growing and was working 12 hrs a day. To be honest I was pretty desperate, as I told him how much I needed help he asked if I had a credit card with me and that we could start the first session right away. He did not explain much of what the program consisted of and what I could expect. I ended up signing up for his coaching which was 2600 a month. This included meeting up at his office once a week for 1.5 hrs. At first I was excited and optimistic, then realized I was paying way too much for what he was offering. Basically he was teaching me the same stuff from his book which you can get for like 5.00 or free. I was four weeks into our coaching when he charged a month in advance. By the fourth week I had paid 5,200 I was not happy and tried to talk to him but would not listen and told me we were wasting time in our session. I had to cancel via email as I didn't even feel comfortable expressing how I felt. I asked for him to refund the month in advance he had charged and he replied with straight B.S saying it was policy that I had to give him a 30 day notice. I think it's B.S he was ok with keeping my 2,600 when he had not given me a service for that money. He never took the time to call me after emailing him and letting him know of my bad experience. The next time I saw him at our weekly meeting he went about his business like nothing had happened. As a business owner myself I would never act like this with a customer, completely ignoring his dissatisfaction and keep money I did nothing for. This review is intended to warn other potential customers to please take time and make sure you know what you are getting your self into. If you are ok with paying 650.00 for an hour and a half of Joe's time go ahead. read more
