They replaced the transmission and clutch and notified us that they would stick to our agreed original estimate even though it was going to take more hours in labor to fix. In this line of work it is not very often you find honest and trustworthy professionals. I would highly recommend these guys! They were also very friendly, knowledgeable and were able to speak in terms that we all could understand. This team really does care and you see that in the work and effort they put in!

Obviously, we drove the truck to the shop and almost a week later they called and said OK we're going to test drive the truck and should be good to go. Once we got there, they were saying why are you even here, nobody said the truck was done, but since you're here, let's go look at the truck. When they started it, a ton of white smoke filled up the shop and the outside of the building... the truck was making weird noises and misfiring like crazy. Ron told him that he needed to get the truck out of there and to pay him for the repair and we now have to get the truck TOWED out of there, and the truck is now our problem. This is not how they should do business! We had to pay the $1500.00 and then we had our truck towed so that the other repair shop can troubleshoot the new issue. We now have a quote of $10,614.88 to have the truck repaired. He found that the timing had jumped 4 teeth in cam gears and a lot of work is now needed. He stated that the only way this could happen is while driving it and something fails or if it was put back on incorrectly and/or rotated the engine in reverse (counter-clockwise) causing the tensioner to lose tension on the chain allowing the chain to "jump". The other way this can happen is if someone raced the heck out of the truck or drove it super hard to cause the chain to "jump". This truck is a supercharged V8 Tundra. Remember, we didn't even have the truck in our possession. It was in the shop the entire time this NEW issue occurred. The truck ran fine and drove just fine prior to having it at this shop. We should be able to leave the shop as it came in, at the very least, as the truck ran well and was able to drive it. Now we are stuck without our truck at another shop and is undrivable until fixed. We even had to pay the new shop another $666.98 to diagnose the new issue.

I also really appreciated the tasty cookie they gave me when I picked up my car. From a purely customer-service standpoint, they do a great job. However, I have to give 2 stars because of their pricing and lack of transparency. I brought my vehicle in and received an estimate for a throttle body replacement. They quoted me $1,044.45 just for the part (labor was an additional $408.66). What really bothered me, in addition to the extreme markup, was the lack of information. The quote didn't specify the brand of the part being used, nor did it state whether it was brand new or a reconditioned unit. As you can see in the photos I've attached, I looked up the parts myself. I can easily purchase a brand new, OEM-quality throttle body for around $150. I understand that mechanics need to mark up parts to make a profit and cover their warranties, but a markup of this magnitude is excessive, especially without being completely transparent about what exactly the customer is paying for. Great customer service and a clean waiting room are wonderful, but they don't justify this level of markup on parts. I highly recommend doing your own research on part prices and getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

They told me both cv axles were broken and they needed to be replaced. They claim to "fix" the problem and send me on my way. A couple days later my car is still leaking so I take it back in for them to fix the problem that should've been taken care of the first time. Mind you, I give them a call to tell them the issue and receptionist starts to yell random noises and then tells me to leave a review because lately she's been, and I quote "pissing a LOT of people off" (well here's my honest and unfiltered opinion!) Then they explain to me that they only did a temporary fix to the problem on the axle that is still leaking, so I ask if they can fix it because that is what I had paid them to do in the first place. The receptionist tells me that I will still need to pay for labor, so an extra $400 later, here we are and they told me that they can't fix it. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT YOUR CAR TO BE FIXED AFTER THEY "FIX" THE PROBLEM! Very unprofessional and will take advantage of you. I had to get my husband involved who is deployed overseas and has much bigger things to worry about.
