He came during the evening and covered that, but the damage was there already. I was not very happy but I did not let him know. Before finish, he requested me to pay the last 1/3 in advance, I did not agree at first, but he said he has some hardship, so I paid. 1 month after the installation I encountered one big leakage. He helped me to fix it and told me it is caused by the clogged gutter. I believed him. 3 years later, I now faces multiple leakage. My inside wall has water marks and it is worse than my old roof. He does not reply to my message or call at all. I have consulted multiple roof repair companies their all gave similar conclusion. He did this job like he hated me. All the corners and edges were not properly addressed. There are nail marks there. Yet I used almost the best material in the market, and paid about double of the current market price. I now pay $$$$$ to fix it and there are water marks on my walls and ceilings. He is the worse vendor I ever hired in the last 15 years.

Cliff & his company were the subcontractors who installed roofing and the associated venting on a brand new home. My husband & I haven't lived here for more than two years, and mind you it was a new build, and we started experiencing leaks and had damaged dry wall at our top story. The general contractor suspected it was the work of Sharp Roofing so put us in contact with Cliff to complete the work since the roof is under warranty. Cliff and his company did an on site assessment which required a $300 deposit (one we were told would be refunded if Sharp was to not complete the work to fix the issue). Following the initial assessment, It took several phone calls and text messages (and nearly 3 weeks of waiting) to receive any updates from Cliff. When he did finally respond it was to share that the repairs needed had nothing to do with the work his company had completed in the initial build. We requested a refund of our deposit at this time, but heard crickets. The general contractor finally sent another roofing company out to look at the damage and within a day were able to perform the repairs. At this time it was confirmed that the repair was in fact due to work Cliffs company had performed. Not only are we out $300 for the deposit, but also are out several hundred dollars more because of the damage his poor job caused to our house (and not to mention the waiting and stress it has caused). All in all from start to finish, we will have been dealing with this issue for 3 months. I'd really think twice about hiring Sharp Roofing for even the smallest of jobs, or agreeing to partner with him on new builds. He is dishonest, a very poor communicator, and his company does poor quality work.
