This year I decided to replace my cedar shake roof with high end luxury singles (mostly Certainteed or GAF). Before contacting the roofing companies I did a deep study of roofing system and type of material and roofing companies. I decided to go with Certainteed Presidentail Shake TL Singles. I explored the GAF but the GAF certified contractor quotes were very high. I used Certainteed website to find contractors in my area. I called up few contractores and one of them was Eliseo from Allied roofing. After multiple discussions with him and looking at their track record I decided to go with Allied roofing. I have considered the various factors(years in business, the current market (Price), Select ShingleMaster title, reviews on various websites etc) in my decision making. Choosing Allied Roofing for our home roofing project was the best decision we could have made. Their team's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. Allied Roofing Installation Service re-roofed my home and I am very impressed with the job they did for me and for their operation. From the first phone call to the last conversation, it was a pleasure doing business with them. My home re-roofing job consisted of the removal of two layers of old asphalt shingles and the installation of the same shingle color and style as the previous shingle. Eliseo went out of his way to find the exact shingle we wanted. His crew showed up on time each day and worked a full day, always cleaning up before they left. Very disappointed in Allied Roofing! We looked around a reputable company and found Allied. Eliieso called us back and was prompt to come out. He came out within a few days. We showed him the roof needing cleaning and there were some shingles. We asked for a quote and any other recommendations. He gave us a quote to do so. There crew was out to do the work. The next day I noticed some shingles that were lifted and pieces up there not in tact. I emailed them and a week went by with no follow up. They did promptly send us our bill however. I called and spoke to Maria whom said they would send someone out they did a week later the man that came out said he would take a look and then email us back what had happened and any recommendations. We never got an email we had to call again and speak with Maria to ask for those things finally they sent them over a few days later with another $900 asking for. With no explanation as to why the roof had pieces lifting and the other concerns we asked about. They added on gutter cleaning and trim replacement which is odd that they didn't mention that in the original estimate. We called back in again and asked to explain what had happened and what the $900 is for as it was not broken down on the estimate and still have yet to hear back this company took our money and did not complete repairs as requested very disappointed. Starting with the first point-of-contact, Matt Clem, who was the estimator that provided me with a thorough understanding of the condition of my roof and the different options for repair and/or replacement, my experiences with Allied Roofing were excellent, beginning to end. The crew leader did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the progress and made sure to include me on any decisions that needed to be made during the installation. We also had gutters installed by Allied; after the installation was complete, we decided we wanted to add a few additional downspouts. The owner, Eliseo, came to our house to assess the situation. Rather than make us wait for one of his crew members, Eliseo cut the holes for the additional downspouts; an owner who is willing to roll-up their sleeves and do work that could easily be delegated is a great customer service and says a lot about the culture of the company. Not to be overlooked, also throughout the entire process, Maria and Karen (in the office) provided excellent communication and support. After completion of the project, I got a call from them to let me know they were completing the necessary paperwork for my warranty; that's great customer service. read more

We had new gutters installed in the summer and had a leak during the winter. We called and got an immediate response the same day. They sent someone the next day. The technician who came was Eliseo and he was great. Turns out the gutters were fine but really clogged. He took apart the down spouts for us and removed all the blockage on the spot. Definitely glad we used this company! read more

Allied came out to give us a bid within a few days after I contacted them. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof, replaced our old leaky gutters, and replaced the fascia and soffit that were damaged by the leaky gutters. It was a few weeks between when we accepted and when they began work, but that seems to be the norm in Seattle in 2017. It took them one day to tear off the old roof, and about one and a half days to put the new roof on. It took a few more days after that to do the gutters and other work. I changed the project a couple times, adding more work after work began and Allied was happy to work with me and accomodate my needs. Their pricing was much lower compared to the other bids we received and the work seems to be very well done. Cleanup was not great, but they got most of it and it was probably fairly standard for this type of work. read more

Very disappointed with service man as well as office called for repairs on metal roof office. Office booked a appointment at two o'clock p.m. simple very pleased so for until the the day of service man came at 12:30p.m. Instead. Thinking service man was appointed to show up at two o'clock no one was home so thankfully my girl was on her way home than she was talking too service man he says "where is the leak/issue"? She informed him of the general area than after twenty minutes or so he informs her the off will let have to call you. Nope no paper estimate Never the less never heard from office. read more

They did an outstanding job replacing my cracked Asphalt (black tar) home/garage roof with a TPO membrane lasting at least 20-30 years. Did a walkthrough after completing the roofing project. Also replaced cracked, rotting side boards (wooden) with hard plank (wood) material. This is stronger and sturdier than vinyl covers which I had to protect wood in the garage side of my home. June 2016 - I had several companies come out to my 4 bedroom rambler home in Fairwood Greens Golf Course Community to provide quotes for HOA approved composition replacement roof. Eliseo came out and was right on time and was very friendly. ZERO high pressure tactics with these guys. No pressure, which I really liked. His bid came in $2200.00 less then the others. I called him and we talked a bit more as I explained I didn't want short cuts. He assured me of good quality work. I decided to do it and selected GAF Grand Canyon material which exceeds HOA requirements. His crew arrived 5 days later as scheduled & on time and boy they do not mess around, they really took my old cedar shake off quickly. The crew of 5 were very friendly and as others have mentioned they always smiled which is nice. I went out and spoke with them a few times as they made quick progress. (Basically they torn off the old roof the first day, laid down plywood and plastic protection materials, then cleaned up. Materials were delivered the next morning and they completed the installation the second day and did a good clean up.) I walked the roof to looked for anything obvious and it looked awesome! ..Looked really good, nice straight edge cuts, new vents & black metal valley pieces. It all looked great. We are finishing up the gutter installation in the next few days. (waiting on that but not a problem..) I'd recommend these guys for sure. I am very pleased with the service provided by Raul and Allied Roofing Installation Services. We had an aging, failing roof and sought out several competing bids. Raul came to our home, walked and measured our roof. He then discussed available options and timeline, and never once used any high-pressure sales tactics. Out of 3 bids, one was extremely high, and another bid came in very close to Raul's bid in terms of cost. Ultimately, I found Raul personable and trustworthy and decided to use Allied Roofing Installation Services to replace our roof. They were accommodating with our schedule. They worked extremely quickly and efficiently while replacing a roof, several pieces of sheathing, fascia and brand-new gutters. The cleaned up every day before leaving the site. When the work was completed, Raul came by and personally reviewed the work to ensure I was satisfied. We had some dry rot on a fascia board . Called Raul based on the reviews on Yelp. He sent 2 of his crew after he assessed. They were 1.5 hr late then proceeded to try to fix. I warned them about walking on medal tiles and they assured me they knew. After interrupting 3 times to correct use of equipment, walking and denting tiles, etc. I'd had enough. Sent them back. Had to hire professional roofers to fix tiles they destroyed. Beware the crew we had does not know what they're doing! read more
