Fantastic crew to work with. We hired K Single to redo our PVC Roof, build an awning, install solatubes, and paint our house. Isidro was very responsive throughout the whole process. He initially came to our house in Dec 2023 and worked through our timeline and revisions, starting the project in Sept 2024. The lower part of the house had some serious roof rot underneath the shingles so we decided it was time to call in someone who could fix it without replacing the entire roof. Fortunately it was only one section of the roof so we called K Single Corp Roofing. I'm so glad we did because not only was it done right , but most of it was completed in one day. They replaced all the plywood underneath and the shingles matched the rest of the roof so well. We also had them replace the roof on our shed and it turned out great! Isidro came out, same day, set up a ladder, went onto my roof, provided his numbers and asked why I wanted a new roof. He told me the roof I have will likely be good another 3 or 4 years! I called on K Single to help seal the flat roof on my business. They sent someone out quickly and gave me a fair estimate. They came back when the weather improved and did the job in a day. I was concerned if the product they applied would be protective enough. So they put a second coat on. In addition to the protectant, they repaired a few areas. They had a bit of oversell onto the front fascia and promptly painted over that. They even came back several months later to repair a couple of small leaks. K Single have been easy to work with, although some language barriers existed, they were prompt to come back and fix any issues. No hassles. read more

K-Single replaced my flat roof. It was winter and they worked long after dark to complete the task. They replaced all my fascia boards and ventilation screens. They added a downspout. The squirrels were determined to get back in and were gnawing on my new boards and siding. K-Single came back and covered the boards with metal exactly matching the trim color. The quality of the work here was good, and prices fair, but scheduling with this company was a total nightmare In short, we won't be using them again. We did a full roof replacement and partial reframing, siding repair, a bit of new gutters, deck repairs, and exterior painting with them. The roof and painting crew were good. The crew that did the siding and deck repair less so. We are still finding broken screws etc in the yard a week after the deck repairs. For the roof, there were days where they just didn't show up with no communication about why, and the time varied wildly each day. We had e-mails saying they'd be there at 9am every day, but sometimes that was 8am and other times it was noon. The scheduling for the painting and deck repairs almost made me want to cancel the work we had planned. We were told work would start on the 12th, come noon no one had showed up and i had to reach out to some unknown person at the company whose number i happened to have. They then tell me that they thought any day after the 12th would work and then gave me a run down of what the schedule should be. Fast forward and we have people showing up at our house at various days (not the ones we were given in our revised schedule) and hours from as early as 8am to as late as 6pm unannounced, and without ringing the doorbell to tell us they were there. They'd literally just let themselves onto the property and start working. We just let them because we were so ready to be done. Again the quality of work here was fine, but communication and scheduling were the worst I've ever experienced. I'll be more than willing to shell out a few extras dollars to another company for better communication and scheduling in the future. I'd avoid this company if you're on a tight schedule or have a strict deadline. read more

Work was completed in 2021. It was a pleasure to do business with K Single Corp and I will likely contact them again for future work. From everyone I interacted with, they were nothing but pleasant and helpful (admin, estimator, and workers) The only thing is that they seem pretty busy, so it might be hard to get hold of them first. I had to call on three separate occasions before getting an appointment for my roof replacement, but am extremely happy that I did. Jose came out a couple of days later for the estimate and was extremely thorough while checking things out. He noticed issues that other companies didn't that required repair for a leak. I bugged him a few more times after his visit for revised quotes when changing around the materials. He came out again during the job to make sure things were going smoothly and to chat about venting options even though he was likely busy. Goto (Godo?) and his team were very professional and fast. They cleaned our yard of debris as well as the neighbors. They were on time or earlier of when they say they would come each day for work for the multiple day project. Eloise was the PM and was in constant communication with me and I had tons of questions during this process. Any positive reviews are likely for older work. We used them in 2018, when Yoni was there, and they were great. Their bid came in way under others' cost, were professional and showed up on time. They did our home roof, and our neighbor's fence and roof, and then we used them again for our carport roof. With Yoni, we got a quote for a fence with a rolling gate (more expensive gate) for $9K for 205 ft. of chain link removal with 3 gates. Now that Yoni left, that same quote, with a non-rolling (less expensive to make) now was quoted for $12.5K. Not only that, they were a week late in providing a quote, past when they promised and only delivered after constantly hounding them. read more

K Single, your team is amazing! I had such a great experience with Scott today. I highly recommend K single if you need some help with a roof leak (like me), larger repairs, or a roof replacement. I noticed some nail pops in the ceiling of my home. The area looked like it had collected some moisture over time, and there was some discoloration in the drywall and the paint. I started off by looking for a team to help repair the drywall, but after looking at the pictures, the drywall folks suggested I contact a roofer to take a closer look. After doing some reading on Yelp, I was really happy to hear that K Single does this kind of work, and that I fit into their service area. I made a call to get more information and schedule a time with one of their team. The office staff was really pleasant to speak with, and confirmed times and dates for the appointment with me. Scott arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. He was very mindful to wear a mask in my home and when we were communicating (even more than 10' apart). I had a ladder and light ready to go take a look in the attic. I helped him locate the area where the drywall was discolored. He took time to do a thorough inspection of the area and explained what some of the questionable areas might be. After a little more inspection, Scott found that there were small leaks around the anchors in the roof (the place where people can hook a harness into). Scott did an exterior inspection of the roof. While he was up there, he hit the anchors with caulking to fix the water issue and also put some additional caulking around some of the boots for the various pipes coming out of the roof. This was amazing service, and honestly I was expecting a quote and a followup visit to resolve the issue, but he tackled it all for me in an hour span. I was really impressed all around by the experience. I'm over the moon that I won't have to worry about additional issues from the areas that previously leaked! The Sales Process I worked with 5 candidate companies trying to find someone with the expertise to install a roof along with adding new downspouts, skylights, better insulation and work with a new solar installation that I was planning. The installation Process Their site manager and his team were courteous and efficient throughout the process. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked long hours to stay on schedule. The tech Scott was friendly enough, but was about an hour late for our estimate appointment. I fully described what we wanted done prior to the tech arriving, he took measurements and indicated we would have an estimate shortly. A week later and after calling to check up on it, we gave up. It REALLY is not good business to waste potential customer's time when they make time to meet with you. If you don't want the work or are too booked you need to state that. read more

I can't say anything good about them because they don't return any calls or requests. This is the second time in 2 years I thought I would give them a shot. Both times I spoke with the office and Yoni about bidding a roofing repair. Both times I was told they would get back with a bid. I contacted them not once or twice but 3 times this past week, week of Dec 3rd-7th 2018). Each time I spoke with Yoni and the office they would be back with me that day or following morning. Yoni's word and his office staff obviously can't keep it. So don't hold your breath while they don't get back to you. Use someone else that is reputable and keeps their word. I have a 1966 house with a 3x12 pitch. It has the original roof of tar and gravel, plus 2 additional layers of hot tarp and gravel. The style has interior gutters and a great 12" facing all around. I spent 1 year and a dozen roofers, both big and small, giving me solutions to getting a new roof before I settled on K Single. Their price was competitive. But they were the only company that could do the job and have it look the way I wanted - a needed upgrade maintaining the great 1966 roof style. That meant not putting a metal roof or a plastic wrap roof or rebuilding to make my house fit the new roof. K Single sent a great crew to take off my existing roof plywood up and install/build a new roof covered with beautiful asphalt shingles. It was a labor intensive and noisy experience, with all the hammering of new plywood after tearing up the old. Every day the crew would work, always blowing down the areas before going to leave it clean. If I ever needed another roof on another house, I would call them. If you need a roof different than my style, still call them. They will give you what you want and take care of any surprises they find. 6 stars. read more
