If I could leave zero stars,I would. This contractor advertises free estimates,but half and hour our scheduled appointment time, he called to say he would not come out for anything under $500. When I asked him to speak with the person who could better explain the scope of the work, he agreed then never followed through. After two attempts to reach him, he simply stopped responding. The lack of honesty, follow through,and integrity, along with the misleading free estimate claim makes this a contractor I cannot recommend. I'm very happy with the results of our new roof and gutters. Our roofing job was not your typical re-roof. We had exposed rafter tails and integrated gutters which had been incorrectly installed and had been not working correctly for many years. The result of this was a lot of rot and wood damage. Edwin (the company owner) and his crew did a great job replacing all the rotten wood and putting a new roof on. They replaced over 50 sheets of plywood, repaired support rafters, cut approximately 100 rafter tails and added new fascia and external gutters. They did all of this in 90 degree weather to boot. The crew were all very hard workers, very courteous and clean. The only knock I have is a couple of times the crew were late (hours) to the job or didn't show up at all. This only happened twice, but it was annoying. I know that the crews work on different projects at the same time and it doesn't always work out, but waiting around and not having someone show up and not getting a heads-up is no fun. Otherwise, everything was good. Our house looks amazing now. Pricing was competitive and work was great! I definitely recommend Roof Pros to replace a roof or do roofing work. read more

As a former roofer I was pleasantly surprised by the craftsmanship by the work crew - Edwin gave me a fair deal and the roof looks better than I expected given I did not do the top dollar shingle system. I got my roof done by zetino roofing the last week.. I own a home in Auburn and during a strong wind storm half of my shingles got torn off. Edwin which is one of the family members who own the company came out on late evening and gave me an estimate, he also asked for my insurance information to see if they would pay for the damage. I didn't know my home owners insurance would cover something like this. The insurance company (Pemco) couldn't send anyone out till the following week, apparently they had too many claims happening all at ones. So Edwin took pictures and a video recording of the damage and sent them directly to my insurance claims department along with the estimate. The insurance approved the job and sent me a check in the mail within 3 days. In the mean time Edwin covered my roof with a tarp to avoid more damage. Zetino roofing did a great job.
