Shu-nan is the store manager (which we did not initially know). He was our sales consultant, and that really is the correct word, consultant. He was very accommodating, patient and had some excellent design ideas. The store itself had many real mock-ups of bathroom settings for helping with the visual reality of options even though all they sell is various tile components. The variety is very wide in terms of styles and pricing and quality - there are options for all budgets. What helped most was in showing our dimensions and measurements, Shu-nan was able to practically design out how our tile would fit for shower, tub encasement, etc. in great detail. We also had the opportunity for 18 months interest free financing, which is nice, but that needs paying attention to because the interest is accrued and it is 29%, so if you mess up, it would be a big and costly mess up. We are repeat customers and have been satisfied each visit and this was a very pleasant experience.

So I went to the Tile Shop and I'm glad I did. I showed the picture to Larry and he said: "That is from one of our showrooms. I know that exact tile." He showed me the tile, which is exactly what I wanted, asked me some questions about where it was to be installed to make sure I bought the right grout, and checked me out in under 10 minutes. It was awesome service! I will only come here the next time I need tile. I couldn't have been happier!

We cannot express how pleased we are with our experience with Brooks Flooring, Inc. From our initial phone conversation with Phil, to our showroom visit with Julia, to the actual installation, everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and timely. All our questions and concerns were addressed and alleviated. We never felt pressured and everything was scheduled to our timeframe. Brooks Flooring was there every step of the process, including the installation. And what great installers they have. Juanfer and his crew are true craftsmen when it comes to flooring installation, taking the time to achieve perfection. If you are looking to get new flooring, contact Brooks Flooring. They will not disappoint.

The floor, which we paid an additional upcharge of $14,000., looks so bad, guest ask us when we're changing the floor! There are ripples and waves, adhesive, unfinished edges and men's size 8 or 9 workbook footprints all over! Yes, they were contacted. They sent out a girl with a broom, then covered my floors with Heritage House plastic coating, ultimately costing us hundreds of dollars to get the shiny, yellowish film off our floors. That did not help. Then they sent a guy over who mopped a patch of flooring and dropped off a box of planks. Great! What's a 70+ woman supposed to do with that??? Never have we been treated with such little respect as clients. Our tile floors were supposed to have gray grout, someone decided unsealed white would be better. Now we have to regroup three bathrooms and a laundry room, as all the unsealed has yellowed Plus they put the wrong tile in the shower floors and did a very unprofessional job at that. Never ever have we seen a company with such little service, respect or appreciation for their client. They hire non English speaking installers who, by the quality of the finished product, have little or no experience or just don't care. If you want your money's worth try someone else. Yellowed.

I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.

Recently, due to house shifting, the full glass door had become misaligned and I called to the company to see if they could come out to make an adjustment. Literally, with in 15 minutes, Randy returned my call said he'd contact Mark, one of the original installers of my bath. Within 2 minutes after that, Mark called and I gave him the lowdown. He said he was in our area returning from another job and met me within 10 minutes to look it over. Since he'd left his tools at the previous big job he had to come back to do the door. 2 days later as planned, he called ahead and he stopped by for 5 minute job which corrected everything. Give Mark and Randy kudos for quick helpful service.

In addition to an update in the owner's suite bathroom, we also had a fairly large kitchen makeover and a redesign of our Butler's Pantry wine cooler & cabinet. We had new quartz counter tops installed, repainting several cabinets & the island, installed several appliances and finished with new backsplash and cabinet hardware. Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a broad spectrum of bath & kitchen selections with sales staff that are comfortable in making the right selections for your home design project. Also, and this is key to a successful remodeling project, Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a very talented group of experienced craftsman(s) which is the "secret sauce" in being satisfied with the final product. Mark was our woodworking craftsman who had to design very specific kitchen drawers (like 18) and complicated appliance installation(s). Our painter, Alex, was exact, no mess and the finished cabinets & island are easily showroom quality. The last talent of the kitchen redesign team was the backsplash expert, "Naz" who installed three walls of travertine tile in a complicated diagonal design. Naz is a "Mini-Michelangelo". All the guys were respectful of our property, most of the preparation & cutting was done outside and every evening they would clean the work areas. A suggestion to the Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen management for a perfect five rating is better communication with the customer on the various work dates. Short of that issue, they do a very professional job. Overall, we would recommend Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen to our friends.
