The installer was the owners son and his friends who had little to NO experience installing counter tops. I was charged A LOT OF EXTRA Money for them to build metal brackets to support a floating bar, which they said they could do w/the initial bid. However-they then told me they could not do the work themselves. When dealing with BOTH of the owners, every step of the way, they were rude and very unprofessional. When I complained they threatened to STOP the work and leave me with a kitchen that was about 40% of the way finished.
