I had highly unusual login issues on a regular basis with a new card at a new bank that I recently had a loan with. Thought I should keep giving them my business. They have real people doing real people bad service filled with excuses like that manager is not in or she is on the way to another branch and not available. They are trying to manage a small bank network with busy chiefs and not so capable braves to use an old phrase. Nice people but poooooor results and ultimately no help. Stephanie the district manager could only agree with my criticism in code knowing that her employer has its head up its orifice! No results still so I threatened to close my credit card account with customer service immediately! They did me a favor as I don't owe them much and it's perhaps the worst banking App ever! I was hoping to transition my banking over to Peoples from my bigger banks but not now fie sure!

Tried to visit both of the Xfinity "offices" listed for Oak Harbor, WA. None were there. Went by…read morean office where the service trucks were parked. Office door locked, nobody visible. This is a fine example of Customer Service! I next called the phone number listed for one of the non existent offices and when trying to get customer service was referred to an 800 # that gives you the opportunity to speak to somebody "off shore", which means somebody with limited English skills. Isn't it wonderful to do business with a company that has your best interests at heart?
