Everything is done through a portal. Was told the documentation requested wasn't received through the portal. Provided it multiple times, believed things were being worked on over the course of a year+ then to follow up again only to have them dispute receiving anything through the portal once again and now they aren't taking new clients leaving us to have to start all over after the course of two years. Ridiculous way to conduct business! Office is hard to reach, only ever being able to leave a voice mail or communication via the portal.
