Body wash bottle in the shower was empty Shower hot:cold mixer valve plumbed backwards Iron water stains inside the toilet bowl A bit of mildew stains in the corners of the shower; otherwise, the room seemed clean. Only one (2?) restaurants within walking distance. No list of restaurants that deliver. Only one elevator for guest use. Hot breakfast is $16.

A digital key was utilized to circumvent the front desk that worked great! The lobby was beautifully decorated for Fall. Everything was in great condition in the common area. This space also doubles for breakfast. The room was prepared for my arrival and no issues. Everything was properly supplied and in working order. The only negative is that the room is advertised as a double queen, but felt more full size. I utilized both the complimentary continental breakfast and full service omelette station for $13.95. That was eggs, bs on and potatoes. Staff took order and delivered the food. She was really great! Smiled and friendly. Checkout was done on the app. However each time I passed the staff they made eye contact and smiled. The only negative was parking on a late arrival in the rear, but there was a nearby door. A strong overall experience and will likely return.

Pubic hair was stuck behind the conditioner bottle that was mounted to the wall and was empty. Who knows how long it was there. Shower roof had brown spotting. Shower door was not properly mounted causing water to spray all over floor when using shower. Towels were not adequately supplied to clean up shower mess. Parking on site is inadequate. When we got back late, staff told us to park in other businesses and walk half a mile to hotel. When we tried to address issues with staff member Stephanie, our issues were diminished and no apoolgy was given. Was told that GM Lovely Chandra would follow up with us. As of now, no follow up has occurred. Book somewhere else. Not worth it.

We went through 4 rooms before we could find a room that we could even stay at that hotel. My kids were wishing they could levitate over the bed. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall. The backdoor that you're supposed to use a key card to get in at night didn't even lock! Great! How safe! The hotel staff were nice but the rooms are awful. The comments about it being clean was far from true. Another family in the elevator was on their second room trying to find something they could even stay in too. Unacceptable! 100% disgusting!
