Never got a call back. Called the day it was supposed to be ready and not only was it not ready, but the ready date had changed by quite a bit, and they went ahead and replaced the stone without giving us an estimate or consent. We finally get the green light to pick it up and I go w/o my fiance and they refuse to give it due to me not being on the pick up list. We were never asked or recommended to do that nor did we know that would be an issue. They did not allow my fiance to call to put me on the pickup list, they wouldn't take anything besides him being there in person. I have bought multiple pieces from these guys and I will never be going back.
