They did my nose piercing so good and they always have my sisters, now mine, and dad's back ever since 2010 Kevin is a great artist, and everybody, and I mean EVERYBODY is great in the piercing place. Sofie, (i'm pretty sure her name but the front desk lady, aka the one with the AWESOME piercings) had amazing service, she was so easy to talk to. I was able to be in that shop comfortably in the aesthetic was amazing. Then Bianca, her service was immensely amazing she pierces so good and I 100% recommend her. She was also so kind and willing to do anything for my comfortability! I saw the other people too, and they looked so rad It was crazy! Also sorry I haven't spoken much about the tattoo. I recently got my septum pierced here, and while the staff was friendly and the environment felt clean and safe, I was disappointed with the final result. Unfortunately, the ring was installed crooked, which is pretty noticeable and frustrating--especially since I was hoping for a clean, symmetrical look. Millie kept saying it was my anatomy can sometimes affect how a piercing sits, but I wish Millie the piercer had taken more time to check the alignment or communicated any challenges more clearly. It's disheartening to leave with something that feels off, especially after paying for a professional service. No refund was offered to me or gift card or correcting their mistake. I did get a second opinion at another piercing studio and they said it's off by a millimeter which noticeable on your septum piercing read more

Absolutely love this place! I've gotten every one of my tattoos and piercings here and have yet to have a negative experience. Before I break down each experience I have overall loved the ease of scheduling, had positive interactions with every member of the Inksmith team, agreed with pricing, and loved the design and beautiful work of each artist. I've gotten my septum (Oct 2020) and industrial (Feb 2021) pierced with Jaycie and even now a year later with both of them perfectly healed I am happy with the results. When they pierced my industrial they asked if I was ok with the placement since they were worried about how it might heal (the bar was touching the back of my ear) and even offered to repierce that side for no extra charge. I declined and it healed fine but I greatly appreciated her looking out for me. My first tattoo was with Kevin (Nov 2020), he designed it for me and I was super happy with the communication on the design. Scheduling was easy and I was extremely happy with the finished product. I got my second tattoo at Inksmith with Danny (Feb 2021), I brought in a design I drew hoping he could tweak the parts I wasn't as happy with and he did happily! He also worked quite quickly and we were done in just 30 minutes! I waited for my piercings and tattoos to heal up and got 3 more tattoos at once with Kevin (Oct 2022) I went in for a consultation and he decided we had enough time to do all three designs I'd drawn and we knocked them all out that afternoon. I've had such lovely experiences I was surprised I hadn't left a review yet I'm going back for my next tattoo with Kevin in a week or so and I don't plan on ever going to a different tattoo or piercing shop. They are super transparent with their prices and I was able to figure out what would be most budget friendly for someone like me, a college student. My piercer was Vanessa and she's AWESOME! I thought the piercer I've been going to hasn't been giving me as much information as I thought there was to know about sizing of piercings. She's relatable, funny, and didn't make me feel bad for coming in looking like a hot mess after trying to change my jewelry myself lol. Kevin is a great artist & Very good at his craft. He's also friendly & kind while working on your tattoo. Good preparation & cleanliness is top notch. Denice is extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry they use, then walks you through every step before she does anything. I have extremely tiny ears so placement and jewelry is very important so it's not overbearing in a small area. She made picking jewelry simple. I came to Inksmith for my first ever tattoo after doing a lot of research and landing on a design that meant a lot to me (my daughter's birthday) I emailed back and forth with Chalanda which included sending a preview of my design, and was happy to get an appointment on a Friday when she let me know Thursday they had availability. Being that I was completely new to tattoos, I was nervous but was amazed at how comfortable and welcoming the shop was. Well lit, incredibly clean, music playing but not blaring, just really nice all around. After I checked in with Chalanda and filled out my waiver, Luke came over and showed me a mock up he'd created based on my design and asked for my feedback on size, boldness, etc. He then printed me a few different sizes and we landed on one. Since my tattoo was a date in Roman Numerals, Luke made sure about 5 times he had the numbers right which was very reassuring. The inking process took about 20 minutes, and Luke made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My tattoo looks amazing and I was so happy to visit a shop that made me feel comfortable and relaxed - if I decide to get another one, I'll be calling Inksmith again! read more

I came here for my 6th tattoo and a touch up of another and my son came with for his first tattoo. Kevin was so amazing with my son who I'm sure was more nervous than he let on. His design was done perfectly and looks better every day. The color is vibrant, the lines are well defined and the price was great. I was very happy with the vibe there. It wasn't a tattoo parlor that made me feel that I wasn't hard core enough to be there. Everyone was so friendly and nice!! My tattoo touch up on the top of my foot looks brand new again! The new tattoo I got looks great! I may go back to have a couple of flowers added and a bit more lining on the smaller buds (I got a cherry blossom branch on my ribs) I have no doubt that when I do, it will be fantastic. recently I went to a new place to get piercings, the piercer told me my helix was pierced wrong. I got my helix and nose done at this place years ago. The new place I went to, proceeded to tell me that it was pierced at an angle, (i didn't sleep on that side when I first got it done). All these years and I didn't know my helix was pierced WRONG. And it is very low she didn't do it at the place I wanted to be at. Anywho, about my nose piercing I also didn't have the best experience... it ALSO was pierced way too low. A little hint, if you're gonna claim to be a good spot for kids to safely get pierced, take down the pictures of the awkward piercings. Put them in a book.
