However, I decided to go ahead with my posting because the problem is not just that. 1) first impression: she arguably has a lot of experience in her field, but when she is unable to hear her patient and needs a second or third person to double or triple explain what the patient is saying, there is a problem. 2) she is not just unable to hear well, she does not listen to the patient. This is even a bigger issue. When the patient tries to explain what is bothering her, the history and chronology of the symptoms, what measures have been taken thus far, etc. she needs to pay attention and then diagnose based on her experience. She does not. She hears and listens to what she wants to and repeats the same thing that the patient precisely said was not the issue. FRUSTRATING! We are paying good money for insurance premiums, co-pays, time and effort to see a professional. We need better than this!

No advanced notice of the fee was provided when scheduling this appointment, and there was no signage indicating a change in policy. Additionally, after asking to speak with the Office Manager about the change more than two weeks ago, my mother hasn't received a call back despite placing three follow up calls. Dr. Nagelberg personally waived this fee for my mother's co-worker. As someone who works in healthcare administration, it's clear that this practice is both unprofessional and a thinly veiled revenue-boosting scheme.

I explained I was very nervous and was told not to worry that I would be given something on that day to keep.me calm. The first surgery for the right eye lens removal by laser was June 17th, 2025. After I had the anestholigist put in the intravenous she went to.lunch leaving me on my own scared ro death. With Dr Kung telling me to.man up in other words and to cal. Down or get off the table. Somehow I got thru it and the lens was removed. 2 weeks later on July 1st almost the same scenario and only after my prtests did Dr Kung give him something to calm him down. Then I was ok and lens put in all done. Within a month I could see better and eventually drive without glasses. Here's what's bothering me, in the past 6 months I have e been back to the office many times for followips by DrCampbell a phenomenal Dr with a great bedside manner.
