It turns out when it comes to plants, you don't need a whole flat of each thing. A little bit goes a long way. I ended up grabbing local heirloom rainbow tomatoes. I could not be more excited about this. I got local slicing cucumbers, and I have no clue what that is, but it's all they had left, so I guess I'll find out, and June is pride month, so why not more rainbows? Local Kale! The aisles were wide enough to maneuver the flat carts easily and I navigated my way from the back veggies, to the blueberry bushes and melons, to the flowers galore and then to the front registers and my super chipper cashier. She was fabulous and got me a tray for my 6 little squares to carry to the car. Each little square of 4 segments was only $2. I got out of there for $13 whole dollars! Now that's a deal! That being indicated, we have a situation that just changed supporting this business. Last fall, we purchased a blooming tree. This spring it was dead. We had done everything that they had indicated. Including buying additional products that they told us to use at additional cost. Even after doing so the tree is dead. We went in and explained the situation and looked for a solution. We were told that they have- NO GAURANTEE ON ANYTHING THEY SELL. I was in disbelief that they do not stay behind anything sold. I could not believe that for the amount of money that it would cost them to replace that they would jeopardize their name. BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. AN SORRY AND WALK AWAY. So much for caring about their name. Again, I usually write reviews. But, "BUYER BEWARE ". This bothers me to stop support for a local business but they had a simple choice and declined. Kim is very knowledgeable of the trees and drove my wife around the farm so we could pick ours out. She answered all our questions and made us feel we were more than just customers. Kirk called us before departing the farm so we were ready for the plantings. He was friendly, an expert with the truck tree spade, and even spotted an insect problem with our existing evergreen trees and recommended how to treat them. There are many, MANY other nurseries in the area with friendly knowledgeable staff and better pricing. I cannot stress enough. Avoid this place at all costs!!! I wanted a shrub for a specific area. Went to them with my very specific needs... shade, soil condition etc. They sold me something, and when I got home, I couldn't put it in right away, because it rained every day for the next several days. Then I did some homework before planting it, to make sure I was doing everything as best I could. I found out that it was actually NOT a shade plant, but required FULL SUN. So I loaded it back in the van and went back up there. They said that they don't take returns. I complained to the owner. I told him who had helped me, and I told him that he had sold me something for full sun, when I told him it was practically full shade. I had a whole conversation with the kid about how hard it is to find something for this particular site with all the shade. I told him that the person helping me had been very nice, but that he maybe needed a bit more training, because he sold me the wrong plant. Even though I had stressed how nice and personable the person was who helped me... He got offended, because apparently it was his son who sold it to me. He grabbed the plant out of my truck, then he started screaming, literally screaming at me, because he said I had neglected the plant and not watered it. I told him it was sitting out in a nice, cool, shady spot, and it had rained every single day since I had purchased it, and that I had soaked it thoroughly on the one day that it had only rained lightly. It had only been a week. So he yanks it out of my truck, and he THROWS it while he's YELLING and SCREAMING the whole time. I told him that he needed some anger management or some counseling, and he started yelling at me again and calling me names and telling me that I was the one who needed help! I'm not kidding when I say that I was a little scared for the next several weeks because this guy had my name and credit card info and was going to come to my house and do something to me or my property. I honestly had my husband set up a webcam and motion sensor lights. I can't believe how bad this guy lost it!

No trees or shrubs just annuals, perennials, potting soil and gifts. Unlike the big Orange box retailer down the road a mile or two these plants aren't all dried out and neglected. The prices are reasonable for 2025, the parking can be a bit tight at times and the customer service is really, really nice. They know their business! DO NOT park next door at the market/cleaning company you may be towed.
