The DDS did not give the chance for the anesthesia to start working. My husband felt everything, heard the teeth cracking and had all three pulled in under 10 minutes. He was so terrible he has caused my husband to now have anxiety about dentists. When I saw my husband, he looked like he was beaten with a bat. His mouth bled for 3 days. I had left a message and Dr Citriniti called me back . I was not able to go during the week so Dr Citriniti said he would come in on a saturday for me. I went to his office and we started with x rays. Dr. Citriniti explained everything to me in detail what was wrong and how we can fix the problem. We then proceeded with fixing my issue. I have never been to a dentist that really cared about the issue I was having. When he put the needle in my mouth I did not even feel it. Every other dentist would just shove the needle in your gums. I was there for a good hour and a half. He fixed my problem and believe me I had to have a lot of work done. I give Dr. Citriniti 5 stars.
