Then walked in Dr Farinaz Tazeh, from the moment she walked in the room with her back turned towards me i knew this wouldn't be a good visit, she proceeded to look at my tooth, said it was cracked to the gum and i needed it extracted, she continued to say my insurance would cover the removal, but then she stated i needed some sort of cap i have never heard of before and told me it would cost $1250, the moment i denied it and asked if she could just extract the tooth she immediately asked me to stand and follower her and told me i would need a surgeon then to do it because she didnt feel comfortable doing it without that cap, it was literally a 3 minute talk and out the dentist office i went. The owner, Dr. Gandhi, let Shia office staff treat you like you're an absolute piece of shit and you're the issue when their dental laboratory is incapable or making basic dental crowns. They will drag you through the water and let your teeth rot out of your mouth, before ever refunding you for a product and service they simply cannot produce. The owner will never show his face or speak with you if you have an issue and request to speak with him, and there is no office manager ever present. The girls all say they're the manager there and make decisions as if they own the place. Gandhi allows his business to run this way and he will hide behind emails they send you without any real communication when his labs dental work is absolute crap! They will never discharge you after being unable to competently complete the job and when you request a refund because you need to get the work done by a competent office, they will blame it all on you and offer you 50% of the money you paid for a product they couldn't produce. They will tell you that you're choosing to leave, so they shouldn't have to refund you for the work, but then when they finally discharge you, they send you an email vouching to complete the work and then you are no longer allowed back, as if if ever go back there, but they want to complete the job they've been unable to complete for approximately two years, as your teeth just decay underneath the temporary crowns for all that time. The owner cares even less than his staff does about his patients or anyone dissatisfied or upset with the work the lab is producing, even though the other dentist in his office admitted the lab messed up and can't get it right. It's a losing situation and they won't even sign any forms for a peer review and lie and tell you there was nothing for them to sign and that they're waiting for you to take legal action. It's as if they get off on this, I swear. They love the drama and making you look like the issue. This place is run by a greedy, money hungry person, who is unethical and doesn't abide by the oath he took when he became a dentist. It's all about money and his cars. Once they have your money, you're toast!
