I am beyond impressed. My wedding dress was 10 years old and never gotten dry clean since then. I took it to the cleaners and now is better than new. I can't believe all the black edges has vanished completely. I am so happy and thankful for this service. I love it and recommend it.

Too pricey on charging to sew a patch on a jacket. One flag patch 3 x 3 inch, cost $15 to sew on a jacket. I found another place that can do the same thing for half the price. Would not recommend coming here for sewing on patches. read more

I found this cleaners after moving to Temecula from the PNW. I had left a bag of dry cleaning in my garage for over 2 years. Drove out of my way to executive cleaners because I was looking for a place I could reliably get shirts clean and pressed. One shirt was $5.99. I've got at least 20 to 25 shirts a month I need to do, it made no sense at that price point. I would say anybody considering this place, make sure you check their pricing! read more

My experience with the seamstress service was wonderful. I (the bride) and two bridesmaids needed our dresses hemmed, and both bridesmaids required additional alterations. There was a small hiccup when one dress was made too large for the first fitting, but it was quickly corrected. I truly appreciated their effort and responsiveness. Pricing was very fair. read more

This is my first visit. Right from the start the customer service is great. I was immediately greeted and had my order taken. Included in my order were three full suits a linen blazer, a pair of slacks that needed zipper repair and a jumpsuit that needed alterations. My total was a very reasonable. Turnaround was quick. I'm sorry to give them a bad review... but my husbands shirts came back still dirty! The sleeves & collar were not even cleaned. Additionally I brought in a dress I needed cleaned for a trip. The gentleman knew we needed these clothes back soon because we asked for a slightly earlier date. When I picked the clothes up, he handed back my unclean dress and said he couldn't clean it because of a belt. He could have called us so I could remove the belt and have a clean dress for our trip. read more

Executive Cleaners is hands-down the best in the business. There are tons of cleaners that are much closer to my home, but I choose to drive across town every week to go to Executive Cleaners because their quality of work is that good. I bring my work uniforms in regularly with very tight deadlines and strict standards for how they need to look and they have never let me down. My uniforms always look excellent thanks to Executive Cleaners. On top of that, they are always friendly and accommodating of the seemingly impossible deadlines I come in with. Wow what a friendly and accommodating professional dry cleaners! I dropped off a tuxedo and dress pants last minute for a press on a Friday hoping to get a one day turn around time and instead they said they will get it done in 20minutes!!! I am switching this this business and the cleaners I have been going to wouldn't even accommodate a one day turn around time let alone press while I wait. So I googled the closest laundromat to the hotel and this was one of two options. From first glance on Yelp, Town Center was the cleanest looking place out of the two and seemed to be surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants because I would need something to do while waiting on my clothes. So, I headed there. I've never used a laundromat before, so I was pretty clueless on how things work. I went to the store to get cash for quarters for the machines and I guess machines don't take quarters anymore. All payments are with a card and they have laundry vending machines with all of the necessary items if needed. They have plenty of rows of wash machines and dryers with different sizes for small or larger loads. Lastly, it seemed like every where I looked there were assistants on every row helping people with questions or advice on the size of their loads and the best machines for which. They were super helpful with anything I needed. It took about an hour and a half so I went and grabbed a bite to eat in the plaza, came back and watched some football on the flat screen TV's they have on the walls. AMAZING. For $130 they took care of 5 huge garbage bags full of clothes, nearly 60 lbs of socks, t-shirts, leggings, etc. I will definitely be using them again, it would have taken me days to just wash and dry all that clothes and they had it back to me in about 24 hours.

I was attending a wedding from out of state when I took my suit in to get pressed. I had brought my suit to this cleaner and realized I forgot my pants at home on the east coast. I forgot her name, but the owner was so kind to me. She even offered to press my replacement pants the next day on the spot if I brought them in on time. She truly is an amazing human being.
